Global Daily Booking Limit per User (Cross-Calendar)
Current Limitation: Currently, the "Maximum bookings per day" setting is siloed within individual calendars. For professionals managing multiple specialized calendars (e.g., Discovery, Strategy, Support), there is no native way to set a combined daily limit. If a user sets a limit of 3 on two different calendars, they could potentially end up with 6 bookings in one day, leading to burnout and scheduling conflicts. Proposed Solution: Add a "Global Daily Limit" toggle under Settings > My Staff > User Availability. This would allow a user to set a hard cap on the total number of appointments they can accept across all assigned calendars for any given date. Key Functionality: Threshold Trigger: Once the total number of "Confirmed" appointments for a specific date (across all linked calendars) reaches the user-defined limit, that user should automatically show as "Busy" for that entire date. Dynamic Availability: This should only block the specific date that reached the limit, leaving future dates open for booking. Status Logic: The system should treat this as a "Global Conflict," hiding all remaining time slots for that user across every calendar they are assigned to. Value Proposition: This feature would eliminate the need for complex "Kill Switch" workflows, third-party middleware (Zapier/Make), or external API hacks to manage personal capacity. It provides true "set-it-and-forget-it" availability management for power users and specialists.
