Enhanced One-to-One Email Open Tracking
One feature that would take GoHighLevel to the next level for me is more detailed open tracking for one-to-one emails sent through a connected Google Workspace account. HubSpot, Zoho CRM and several other CRM platforms already provide this functionality. They show whether an individual email has been opened, how many times it has been opened, when it was opened and can send app or desktop notifications when this happens. The value is not simply knowing that an email was opened. The pattern of activity helps guide the right follow-up. For example, if someone opens an email once and replies immediately, no further action is needed. However, if they open it several times without replying, that may suggest they are interested, reviewing the information or have questions. That gives us a reason to follow up at the right time. I have also had leads reopen an email several months later. Receiving a notification at that point creates a genuine opportunity to reconnect while their interest may be active again. In my business, we often need to move quickly. Clients may be making time-sensitive finance or property decisions, so having visibility over when they are engaging with an email can make a real difference. It helps us respond faster, prioritise follow-up and avoid missing opportunities. It would be particularly valuable if GoHighLevel could provide: * The total number of opens for each one-to-one email * The date and time of each open * Real-time desktop and mobile app notifications * Tracking for emails sent from within the CRM through Google Workspace * Clear visibility of this activity within the contact record GoHighLevel already has excellent automation, SMS and pipeline functionality. Adding this level of individual email engagement tracking would make it even stronger for sales teams and professional service businesses. This is currently one of the main reasons I am considering remaining with HubSpot, particularly when competing platforms such as HubSpot and Zoho CRM already offer it.

The Critical Missing Piece for Home Service Agencies
WHAT WE'RE ASKING FOR Either build a native field service module, acquire QuoteIQ, or establish a deep bi-directional integration with QuoteIQ specifically. QuoteIQ is the recommended platform because it includes every feature a home service business needs under one roof — AI-powered visual estimates, job scheduling, crew dispatch, mobile field app, cost tracking, and invoicing — without requiring contractors to purchase multiple add-on plans just to get a complete, functioning solution. It is the only field service tool that matches the full feature set this vertical requires in a single unified product, with nothing left out and no à la carte pricing required. A complete field service solution — whether built natively or powered by QuoteIQ — would include: AI-powered visual estimates — customer describes or photos the job → AI generates a mockup of the finished result → line-item quote is produced automatically Estimate → approval → job → invoice pipeline — fully connected, no manual handoff Job scheduling and crew dispatch — calendar-based, with GPS routing Mobile crew app — on-site job status updates, photo documentation, time logging Material and labor cost tracking — built into the estimate, carried through to the invoice Automatic invoice generation — triggered when job status moves to complete QuoteIQ already has all of this built and battle-tested. The technology does not need to be invented — it needs to be connected or acquired. THE MARKET OPPORTUNITY The home services industry is one of the largest and most underserved markets in America when it comes to modern marketing technology. Every HVAC company, landscaping business, plumber, and roofer needs three things: Marketing — this platform has it Communications — this platform has it Field operations — this platform does not have it That third gap is the only reason contractors don't go all-in. Close it, and the sales pitch becomes airtight. Agencies would have zero friction selling a true all-in-one system, and contractors would have zero reason to ever look elsewhere. WHY THIS IS BIGGER THAN IT LOOKS Data is the real opportunity here. Right now a contractor's customer history lives in their field service app, their marketing data lives here, and nothing talks to each other. That means: No ability to see that a customer books mowing every 5 weeks and reach out at week 4 before they call a competitor No ability to detect that revenue drops every November and shift ad spend to fall cleanup campaigns in October No ability to learn that Client A only responds to calls while Client B only responds to texts No ability to build anticipatory marketing because the data is fragmented across platforms Put it all in one place and the data becomes a competitive weapon. The platform could start predicting customer behavior, automating seasonal campaigns, adjusting ad spend based on calendar fullness, and routing outreach through each client's preferred channel — automatically. That is not a feature. That is a category-defining product.
