CRM

For our clients, when thinking of a CRM a helpdesk / ticking feature would help make GHL a full service CRM System similar to Hubspot. HIGHLVL-I-2584

Compliance Center for Sub-Accounts Add a Compliance Center to every sub-account where authorized users can easily access essential legal documents, including: Signed contracts and agreements Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy GDPR / HIPAA information Other compliance documents In Agency View, agencies should have a centralized Compliance Manager to create, upload, and manage these documents. Documents could be assigned to all sub-accounts or specific sub-accounts, making it easy to manage different contracts, terms, or policies across hundreds of accounts. Signed agreements should also be uploadable and accessible directly from the relevant sub-account. The Compliance Center should also be fully accessible through the LeadConnector app on smartphones and tablets, so users can securely view their legal and compliance documents from any device. Access should be role-based, ensuring sensitive documents are only visible to authorized users. This would centralize legal documentation, improve transparency, simplify compliance management, and make it much easier for both agencies and clients to find exactly what they agreed to.

And give him a title: "King of the Roadmap" for all the free work he is doing for GHL, the ideas board, constructive criticism, feedback.... helping lesser talked about but important ideas get seen... as well as educating large swaths of newer GHL users/freelancers on how to navigate GHL. He doesn't get affiliates, because he is helping people who are already GHL users getting stuck getting their voices heard. If Keith wasn't in the GHL space doing what he is doing, GHL would have to pay several employees to make up the value he provides. Literally the dumbest thing in the world would be to not recognize, encourage or incentivise that man to keep doing what he is doing.

Please make desktop pop up notifications, preferably with sound. Silent notifications on desktop are practically worthless.

It would be VERY helpful to allow the "Log-In As" feature for Sub-Account Admins to their Staff. The allows even more oversight for the Admins of the Sub Accounts and easier editability.

We use Esinix (HighLevel) and request native, persistent formatting controls for the following CRM views: Contacts > Smart Lists: allow the Opportunities column labels/text to use configurable colors by opportunity status or stage, instead of appearing uniformly grey. Existing custom-field value colors should remain consistent across views. Interested Treatment custom field: allow a distinct configurable color for each treatment option, and display its text in bold in the contact record, Smart List, opportunity card and opportunity edit window. Where opportunity treatment is populated from a contact field, apply the same color mapping automatically. Formatting must not change the stored treatment value. Opportunity card automation: expand beyond the eight preset card colors, with custom colors or a larger palette, so different treatment categories can be distinguished without merging their names. Contact and opportunity detail forms: provide native controls for field-label/value text color and bold formatting to highlight important fields. Persist these settings after refresh and across sessions. Please provide readable contrast and retain text labels so meaning does not depend on color alone. These are presentation requests; existing patient/contact data and workflows must be preserved. No patient information is included in this feedback.

I’d like to be able to sell GoHighLevel White Labels to other people and service them. Black Label is a level higher than White Label. There is another CRM that competes with GoHighLevel by offering Black Label. It’s a feature that I find to be very attractive and would love it if it was offered by GHL.

Can we have a mechanism that allows for a custom field in an object (such as an account number field in the company object) to automatically populate with a number one higher than the existing highest number in the existing records of that object when a record of that object type is created. Failing a built-in field type, a workflow action that finds the highest value of a number field in a series of records for an object, and exposes that value to the workflow. Then a Math Operation could be used to fill the number field of the new record with a number, one index higher. Or just a way to set the existing Find <object> action to expose a field to the workflow, rather than just setting the record as the record to be operated on.

I need to call the user without opening a contact page. If we open the Smartlist we can see the call button directly and we can click on that call button without opening the contact page.
