Appointment Notification Control
We need to be able to control whether we see notifications for booked appointments. Right now you get bombarded with a notification for every subaccount that you are a part of. If you are supporting a business that runs classes this amounts to dozens of notifications every day which you typically don't need to know about. This conditions you to ignore messages and makes the app notifications almost useless. This feature is absolutely critical for anyone who deals with a high volume of calendar activity. At a minimum we need to be able to "mute" incoming calendar based notifications. The optimal solution would let us toggle on/off notifications for each calendar status because maybe I don't care about a booked appointment but I want to know when there is a "no show", etc.
Helpdesk / Ticketing
For our clients, when thinking of a CRM a helpdesk / ticking feature would help make GHL a full service CRM System similar to Hubspot. HIGHLVL-I-2584
Car Dealer Inventory
An Inventory feature that compares to the dealer socket software. Car dealerships could import all their inventory and manage it through the GHL software + further integration features could be added around it.
Multiple Contacts per Opportunity
For every opportunity, there should be multiple contacts that can be associated to it both as decision makers or simply others that need to be in the loop. For example, husband and wife decision makers, and their personal trainer, the nutritionist, etc communicated with at a click without having to go from the opportunity to the contact's info, look up the saved custom field and then searching for them in Contacts and sending a separate email or phone number.
Notes - Formatting Options
I've got this idea that could make note-taking in Go High Level even better. How about adding some color and font coding options? This way, we could color-code notes in specific workflow or change the font style depending on the specific topic. It'd be super helpful for spotting the right notes fast, especially when clients are in a hurry. Plus, it'll make our notes look neat and organized. This could make a big difference in how we manage our info.
Create Sub Folders within Folders
A client of mine said he was building a lot of stuff out and he requested sub folders within folders for both triggers and campaigns. I can see this would be very helpful for very complex accounts. HIGHLVL-I-2671
SEO Meta for Desktop App
Visually appealing, social media-friendly metadata when sharing the app login to client's would look nice.
No more features until the platform is stable 110%
Let me start with this. GHL is the best software available on the market. FULL STOP! The team is always hard at work providing us with amazing new functions to help up scale up our businesses. That being said, the stability of the platform is constantly being compromised by all of these updates. GHL is constantly developing new things and pushing them to everyone all at once. I personally get nervous every time a new feature launches live into accounts because without fail some of my existing functions will break, custom css will stop working, forms and surveys will stop working, square of death pops up, load times, search functions start glitching. Often it is the most basic functions of the system that suffer. I would love for GHL to finish up with new features they are working on now and focus on platform stability. Get rid of the incognito issues, fix platform load times, fix forms and survey issues etc. the list goes on. We need platform stability more than we need new features. The features and function list of GHL already out does any other platform that exists. But we as marketers and developers need a platform we can rely on to consistently perform and not break things we build out of the blue.
Sell the Source Code
In the event that GoHighLevel may shut down, The source code and “how to’s” on operating the software should be made public. Tens of thousands of agencies rely on your service, and if for some reason, GHL no longer exists, thousands of businesses are going to take a hit. Selling/ Distributing the source code can prevent that. I’m not saying to distribute it now, but in the event of some sort of shut down. It should be made an option. Alternatively, you can create a 1 agency Software source code, and sell it for $5-10k. So the Agency can’t resell your software, but they can create unlimited sub accounts hosted on their own servers for their clients. Limiting the customer to only 1 Agency prevents them from reselling the software to other agencies. You can make sure of this by creating licensing keys that limit the software to 1 agency
