📝 Feature Description: We propose a Barcode Scanner Integration with HighLevel CRM to streamline and automate the management of Invisalign packages in dental clinics. This feature will help eliminate manual tracking, reduce errors, and improve communication with patients. ⚙️ How It Works: 1️⃣ Custom Barcode for Each Package: Each Invisalign package will have a unique barcode assigned to a specific client. The barcode can contain: Client’s Name contact information Delivery Address (if shipping) Order ID 2️⃣ Scanning Process - Two Stages: ✅ Scan #1 (When Package Arrives at Clinic): Staff scans the barcode using a linked barcode scanner (Scan Recorder). A pop-up appears (either on the scanner device or within HighLevel depending on integration): Shows: Client Name / Order Number / Current Status Presents Two Options: Notify Client – Package Arrived → Sends SMS/WhatsApp: "Your Invisalign package has arrived at the clinic. Please visit us to pick it up or choose home delivery." Mark as Delivered (if shipping immediately without waiting for the client) Once selected → The order status automatically moves in the pipeline from “In Production” to “Ready for Pickup”, and corresponding workflow automation is triggered. ✅ Scan #2 (When Package is Collected or Shipped): Staff scans the barcode again when the package is delivered or handed to the courier. The same Pop-up appears with options: Confirm Delivery/Pickup → Status moves to “Delivered” or “Completed” in the pipeline. Triggers follow-up automation like: Invisalign care instructions Cleaning reminders Appointment scheduling for the next stages. 📦 Pipeline Example: Stage Action Required Automation Trigger 🦷 Measurements Taken Manual Reminder follow-ups ⚙️ In Production Manual 📦 Ready for Pickup ✅ Scan #1 → Notify Client Pickup booking +reminders 🚚 Delivered/Completed ✅ Scan #2 → Confirm Delivery Aftercare instructions automation 🖥 Technical Request: The Barcode scanner device (Scan Recorder) should be integrated or connected via API to sync in real-time with HighLevel CRM. Pop-up actions should be configurable in HighLevel settings for flexibility. All scans should be logged for audit trail purposes. 🎯 Why This Feature? Solves real operational pain points for dental clinics handling numerous Invisalign orders. Reduces manual data entry errors. Makes it easier for the team to keep track of package status. Suitable for general-purpose marketing campaigns where minor damage is possible. Q (Quartile): Recovers up to 25% of data. Used in high-risk environments such as logistics and healthcare. H (High): Recovers up to 30% of data. Ideal for extreme conditions (manufacturing, construction) or embedding logos in QR codes.
