URL shortener right in High Level would be very convenient for URL's used in SMS.

Transfer QR Codes. If a sub-account is being canceled, it should be able to transfer the QR code to another sub-account so it can remain active and be edited. Companies may have these codes on printed materials. For example, I have a client who is merging their old sub-account with the new one, but they can not bring over their QR Code. Therefore, we must keep his old account open just to keep the ability to edit the destination of the code.

The same Pop-up appears with options: Confirm Delivery/Pickup → Status moves to “Delivered” or “Completed” in the pipeline. The padding around the logo is taking up a lot of realty space which is better suited to maximize branding. Please maximize logo area and make it possible to zoom in on the logo.

Let’s make QR codes smarter. We need a feature in GoHighLevel that allows geo-fencing for QR codes—meaning when I generate a QR code for a business (restaurant, bar, gym, whatever), I can set a specific radius (like 0.25 miles) where the scan is considered valid. Why this matters: Right now, someone can take a pic of a QR code and scan it from anywhere. That completely breaks the idea of location-based offers, rewards, or redemptions. With geo-fencing, if someone tries to scan the code outside the radius, we can redirect them back to a generic offer, or even better—show them where the business is and say, "Come closer to unlock this reward." Use Case Examples: A restaurant wants people to earn loyalty points or redeem a free appetizer only if they’re physically there. A coffee shop runs a “scan to enter” giveaway, but only while customers are within proximity. A club promotes a VIP-only QR code at the entrance—geo-fencing ensures it can’t be reused or abused from outside. It would be a game-changer for local businesses using QR campaigns. Since the mobile app will be coming out with a business card scanner, it would be awesome if we could also scan QR codes to check people in for an event. (Or build a workflow to change their appointment status as "showed").
