Inbound Phone Calls
Now that you can receive calls via the browser, let's have Eliza do the same thing. If the call is offered to an account that has Eliza added to it, the call should be offered in Eliza just like any inbound interaction. Eliza is unusable without this feature for me.
Eliza Booking Bot Time Zone
The time zone difference between my account and my customers is pretty big. Eliza ALWAYS books on MST (my time) and not the customer's time. I made a workflow that determines each contact's time zone so I already have that field taken care of. All I need is Eliza to look at the Contact Time Zone and know it needs to book in that time.

Translate Languages in Eliza
Agents in Eliza need the ability to read and translate the text to other languages, primarily Spanish with the click of a button. Currently using Google translate, but it would be nice if the feature was native to Eliza.
Ai bot should not reach out if client booked a call already
The ai bot or ai appointment setter should not reach out to a potential client if they already booked an appointment. Maybe it can scan the calendar and if there info is there then it does not reach out to them or you can set up a certain condition to keep this from happening. Cause a lead comes in and books a call with us and if they don’t then the bot should reach out to them to get them to book a call
Adapt Eliza to Messenger

Lets not have Eliza barf out 8 different possible times like a bot (James Hurst)
it just seems unnatural for Eliza to offer up 8 different choices. Many think providing two choices at a time would provide a better experience. Adding a question like afternoons or mornings could definitely help here too I think.
