Currently, users must manually create and configure skills for individual agents. There should be a way to package, share, install, and sell complete AI skills, including their instructions and supporting resources. Proposed Solution Add an AI Agent Skills category to the GoHighLevel Template Library. Skills should be packaged using a primary SKILL.md file with optional supporting resources. One-Click Installation: Install skills directly into the centralized Skills Hub and assign them to compatible AI agents. Resource Attachments: Support PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, images, scripts, and other reference files. Skill Marketplace: Allow developers and agencies to publish, share, and sell skills through the Template Library. Agency Distribution: Share purchased or custom skills across authorized sub-accounts. Version Management: Update skills centrally without manually reinstalling them for every agent. Example Use Case A developer creates an SEO Expert Skill containing a SKILL.md file, SEO guidelines, audit templates, and reference documents. They publish it to the Template Library for $29/month. An agency purchases the skill, installs it into its Skills Hub, and assigns it to Ask AI and multiple Managed Agents. All assigned agents can immediately use the skill and its resources. Expected Outcome This would turn GoHighLevel's Template Library into a marketplace for reusable AI capabilities, allowing developers to monetize skills while helping agencies deploy sophisticated AI agents faster. Create a skill once. Package it with resources. Share or sell it. Install it across any compatible GoHighLevel AI agent.

Can you PLEASE modernise the website templates? Compared to WIX.com they look really outdated.

Every time we want to add or change a colour we have to type in each individual hex or colour code. Even the ones, we use in every single template. There is no way (or at least that I can see) to be able to pre-set then quickly use our brand colours when creating templates. It takes so much unnecessary time when every other CRM I've worked on has this as standard. Every time we need to change a colour, our pre-set brand colours should come up as a speedy click option, then the chance to add any other colour viz the colour wheel, or by typing in the hex.

I want to share editable templates in template library via Canva so the users can edit them. Without giving them the ability to customize, it's kinda pointless. This is as simple as adding an option to share a template link with the template.

Ability to Hide a Category for everyone and only enable it for a few (Premium) clients. The current restriction is Categories hidden at Agency Level cant be enabled at subaccount level. This is a nightmare if we have 1K+ subaccounts and only want 100 of them to have access to this premium category.

Template library is kind of hard to find and only opens as a modal- it would be awesome if we could have a direct link inside our custom menus so users could easily look at available assets and choose what they want.

It seems to me that if a template is meant to be accessible to the agency that the template should have an option to utilize/implement directly from the template library. Currently there is only Hide and Preview. In this instance I found a template that would be helpful, could not do anything but preview it, went to the subaccount where I could not find it at all-- the template does not specify whether it is a funnel or website, so I looked in both locations. This was colossal waste of time and effort. If the template library is for viewing only and is not functional in any way and the templates are not available anywhere else then it doesn't need to be there. ( I did have your support team look and confirm that the templates I found in the library were not available anywhere and were just "looky but no touchy" templates.

It would be great if we could add media to the header of whatsapp message templates, as this functionality is currently possible within the whatsapp business manager but not inside GHL. There are options to add documents to templates which would be very useful in our case.
