Connect to Google Sheets (To read Live Data Dynamically)
Having CSV is cool, but if I sell products, it is useless. My prices are always changing, as I receive new stock, run out of stock, and so on. The data changes all the time. If you could allow the AIs to access any database, so that we can dynamically pull data (WHEN QUERIED), then it would make the GHL knowledge base an invaluable asset

Connect to Products Catalogue that is in the GHL CRM
We want the AIs to be able to tell customers whether products are in stock or not. We want them to tell our customers the product's price and whether they have changed or not We want them to be able to send our customers the links for the products Right now, CSV is Static. If I change my price for a certain product, or it's out of stock. It won't know. Making it ultimately USELESS :(

Add Bulk FAQs with CSV
Adding FAQs one by one can be a real pain when there are a lot of them. Uploading a CSV with multiple questions and answers will be much more efficient.
