Partial (ex1.5) Quantity on Invoice/Estimates
Home Service clients need to say 1.5 pallets or 1.5 squares, etc. But GHL only allows whole numbers so the invoices cannot be used quickly or uniformly. For invoices (and future estimates) can decimals be used?
Invoicing - Tax Options
When setting up a Tax there should be an option to select that tax to automatically apply to every new invoice in a category - such as every time I create a "Service" invoice the required State tax that I set up automatically applies. HIGHLVL-I-7281
Contact custom values in Invoice
Current custom value fields in invoices are limited. We're not able to automatically populate invoices with custom pricing, custom descriptions or other details. If all contact custom values can be available in invoicing, we would be able to automatically customize and populate invoicing for each contact.
Allow Setup Fee + Trials in Recurring Invoice Templates
Currently when you have a product with a setup fee or a trial in the recurring invoice template, it does not charge the setup fee or implement the trial. The only solution is separate invoices or creating a check out page. Also, there's no warning when adding a product with a setup fee or trial that those will not work within a recurring template.
Right now there are a lot of steps to add tax especially if you have 6 items and you have to click on each item then click on the tax button then save. Is it possible to have a setting to either always create invoices with tax or always without and then a check box or toggle next to items to exclude or add tax?
Saudi E-invoicing Regulations
Add Saudi E-invoicing requirements compliant & designed to adapt with (ZATCA) regulations. This is very important for clients in Saudi Arabia to use GHL invoicing, such as adding QR code for tax invoice.
Almost all businesses have checklists. A typical cleaning business has to deal with at least 10-15 different checklists and likewise the other home-services businesses - one of the use case is to have them so staff can complete jobs and mark as done each checklist that's on the end customer's name. It's quite useful to have them as a sub-feature in GHL mapped to the Organisation, or similar to tasks perhaps? Access in mobile app will be immensely useful if this feature can be made available.
