Proposals + invoicing + contracts + esign
Would LOVE to see the ability to create and send proposals, invoices, and contracts, all with esign and payment functionality within HighLevel. Just seems like a natural fit with all the other features and it's something every agency has to do. Basically replacing the need for one-off platforms like 17hats, HoneyBook, or FreshBooks. Cheers! Ability to create Quotes/Estimates for home service business
Most home services contractors (plumbers, tree service, landscaping, handyman, cleaning businesses etc.) give job/service estimates to their customers, once the quote/estimate get approved by the customer then the go ahead and do the job. When the job is completed they send an invoice. Currently we can send invoices but NOT estimates natively within GHL. We need to integrate ability to send estimates/quotes natively if we are to make GHL an All-in-One software. Competing companies in the space are getjobber.com , Honeybook, Housecallpro etc.
Automatically generate draft invoice via workflow
Having the ability to use workflows to create a draft invoices with custom line items and quantities.
Invoicing in other languages
Ideally high level would be available in different languages but if that's not possible, we need invoicing in other languages or allow the translation of invoicing. It's a legal requirement in Quebec Canada and many other countries to offer invoicing in the native language.
Overdue Invoice as a Trigger
We need something to automatically remind customers who have not payed on time. Right now, the invoices are nice, but there is no process on how to send out reminders to ppl not payed their overdue invoice, so a full lifecycle of an invoice is impossible... I guess a Workflow Trigger would be all we need: When: Invoice is Overdue, then start Workflow... End it, when Invoice is Paid Thanks!
I basically want to have contracts built into the system. You could add a contract template and use all the contact merge fields and then get a signature on documents that are associated to contacts. A lot of existing CRMs for contractors have some sort of built in contractor feature so they can sell a job in the homeowners house. This feature would allow us to compete with those CRMs by providing a truly all in one platform. Also, for agencies, it would streamline the process by allowing us to send contracts right in the system while on the call. HIGHLVL-I-632
A More Customizable Invoice Maker
We need to have an option to edit the header of the Invoice. There should also be an option to add more fields to cater regulations from different countries. In general, an option to create an invoice that will fit the needs of different types of business owners from different countries around the world.
Create invoice templates
To make it easier to create invoices there should be the ability to create an invoice template that has elements like the logo and business address saved so you don't need to enter those details every time.
