Allow Media Library To Be Used Everywhere!
Media Library is a great storage space of a clients images, videos and files, yet they can only be used in websites! Please make this available for calendars, workflows, emails, memberships etc etc etc! I feel like this should have been a very basic part of the GHL system.
Make Media Library Folders Shareable
Sharing one file at a time is a hassle to anyone outside my team. We already have folders, please make them sharable!
Media Library Enhancements
Here are some Media Library enhancements that can be useful. Upload status message doesn't change to Uploaded once complete, needs a fix Ability to view as -> List, Icon, Details (and not just the thumbnail view) Ability to select multiple files Ability to move directories Ability to drag folders into the media library Ability to upload directories from the local computer Continue the upload job even if going back to the main GHL interface Ability to link/integrate Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, Box & Dropbox folders Ability to upload/download files using a workflow action Ability to generate the link to a file/folder from workflows
Media Library Viewer
Can we have a media library viewer to view images, videos and PDF instead of getting the link and opening it to the new tab
Media Library Support for other files besides photos and videos such as PDF, E-books, Docs etc...
For example, a use case could be to add a downloadable PDF to a landing page after clicking a button or submitting a form.
Permissions for media folders
Allow user-specific or group-specific (admin group vs non-admin group) permissions for media folders
Media Library-PREVIEW IMAGE
You should be able to click image to preview images with the library. Currently the image is cut off so you cannot see each image or click on them to look at. It's not user friendly for clients who want to preview and look at what they uploaded.
Ability to charge for more media storage
It's great that highlevel offers unlimited storage, but it would be also amazing if we could add different storage charges into the SAAS config example: 2TB Basic plan, 20TB Middle Plan, Unlimited Premium plan. Just makes them want to buy the higher plan if they are in a specific niche.
