in the social planner I can't select the range of dates to see in the statistics and they are not complete

Dashboard that we could customize and have reporting of analytics / top performing content / and be able to filter out based timeline and platform as well as an overview

It would be very useful to have a niche category filter to zero in on trending topics per sub-account's focus niche. Think about the potential of this filter to have the information you need to scale on marketing and sales since sub-account users can already see what's trending on all socials for their specific niche and focus.

My client is a private school that does NOT get constant new reviews. The review posting tool currently is set up to only pull new reviews, after we set it up. The problem is we ran a review building campaign and can not pull all of those reviews since they are "old" If I set up the schedule a review to post every week, the tool should do that. It should be able to pull an old review if there is not a new review. I now have to do it manually.

Add an "Export Data" function (e.g., CSV, PDF) to the Social Planner Statistics dashboard. This should allow users to easily download all available metrics for a selected time period.

When you create a post for social media through GHL then choose to toggle on "Customize for each channel" the content stays the same if there was anything previously typed out BUT it removes the image/photo that was added before toggling that on. It's a bit frustrating having to them re-add the image/photo. This was not an issue before & in the last month I realized this was changed. As a social media content creator & digital marketing professional, I can say that most of the time when we're trying to customize the post it's NOT because we want different pictures. It's most likely small tweaks to the typed out content (e.g. hashtags, links, etc.) that we're trying to change but we probably want the core of the content & the image/photo to be the same. Otherwise we would've just selected different platforms to post to if they were going to be completely different. It feels like too many steps & was simpler BEFORE the change was made.

I was experimenting with X as one of my social channels and was getting engagement, especially with threaded posts, even more followers and then you guys stopped supporting it. Can you bring it back? I mean, GoHighLevel has an account on X. Why would GHL choose not to support it?

The ability to send an email with a landing page link where a client can easily connect there social media accounts without having to log in to HighLevel. Most social posting tools like Social Pilot, Social Rotation, and Bright Social offer this. while GHL is amazing, customers often get lost in it. Many clients just want this handled for them and not have to log into HighLevel

I have been using a Social Media aggregator software for awhile now and I love the features of scheduling posts, reels and shorts. This is a great feature within Social Planner. However, I think there are some enhancements that can be very powerful and efficient in time. The Media Folder is difficult to manage, imho. When I upload a few videos They appear without a thumbnail. Thumbnails are helpful to know exactly what content I am looking to use quickly. Categories, Labels & Tags. Even though it's possible to separate content into folders, It's still a bit tedious. It would be more efficient to have a settings applicable to each image/video to allow for Labels and Tags. Folders are nice, but, there are still content that can be labeled and tagged within folders. Deleting images/videos is currently most tedious and time consuming. If I've uploaded a few videos or images for a campaign and decide to make changes then I'm subject to delete each image/video singularly which is very time consuming. It would be more efficient to be able to select multiple pieces of content to bulk delete. Being able to select a piece of media in the media folder and creating a post would be very efficient. If I can select a piece of media and then open it up in the "New Post" Page that would save time as well. I love automation and aggregation software which saves a lot of time. But, the setup and management within Social Planner isn't efficient for me. I can work with other software that are so much faster and efficient. I love the other implementations for Social Planner. ie, available for Memberships and Communities. I realize the Social Planner itself is a big app within GHL and integrate comprehensively. A big undertaking of course. Just some thoughts and suggestions. Thank you.

When deleting a recurring post from the planner, it only deletes the one scheduled post. In the recurring post section, there's not a great way to sort to see what is scheduled and it shows them in order of created often causing you to go through all the pages to find the one you want to delete. It would be great if we could sort these posts, at a minimum by the status of the post.
