More robust sales reporting and sales forecasting. Pipeline accumulative reporting for each quarter. The current reporting is not up to standard and it's making it difficult to convert business, as it does not cater for sales teams, reporting and sales managers to easily monitor and engage the sales team based on their performance as depicted in the sales reports. Can we URGENTLY get this done?
Email Stats Reporting
Looking for High Level to implement a report showing the email stats in the reporting area. Would like it to show delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, response rate, etc. We have had numerous requests for this. At the very least, can you provide an option in campaigns to export the stat data? We can't do anything with it currently and have to manually copy it over to excel to provide a report. Thanks! Customizable columns and/or filters on reports based on custom fields
Reporting as it is right now is very limited to the preset filter options which most of the time doesn't reflect what we really need to track. For example the channel source of the lead (other than fb and google), tags, the type of product or system he choose, etc. HIGHLVL-I-6531
Drag & Drop Dashboard Reporting Widgets + Export To PDF/Auto Email Option
We have tested a ton of reporting programs. Our two favorites are Swydo and Whatagraph. Both allow us to customize exactly what our clients see so they are only getting pertinent/valuable info to them. Since neither of these programs can pull in high level data and since HL is adding so many different reporting features I think it would be incredibly valuable to be able to customize the tiles/widgets on the dashboard and include single metrics from all of the new reporting features so we can display exactly whats most important to each client. Bring FB/Google/Call Stats/Attribution to the dashboard in the form of widgets.On top of that it would be great for admins to be able to export to pdf/sheets and also have reports auto emailed and or a "live link". Bonus: Set a standard template at the agency level and customize sub accounts from there. HIGHLVL-I-1393

Add a feature that allows a report in CRM that can break down the revenue by lead source. For ex. (Win/Loss/Open)
Hosted Video Stats Reporting
Highlevel already tracks the "percent viwed" of a hosted video on funnel pages because there are triggers for this in workflows. I'd like to be able to SEE those stats in the reporting page. E.g. If I have a VSL setup on a funnel page, I'd like to see the average percent watched, where people stop watching, how many unique watchers, etc. At the moment, this information is hidden, but Highlevel is able to see this data to fire workflows already, I just would like it to be visible. The reporting would be similar to Wistia or Vidalytics. Just basic stats about the video is needed to see if the video is holding viewer attention or not.
Custom Field in Opportunities Report
A job category custom field has been added to an opportunity card. Be great if a report can be created showing numbers of all the different job types over a time frame or a list.
Reporting with Time Frames (last week, today, yesterday, etc.)
The ability to see phone calls, number of leads in a certain time frame. Divide by all campaigns and individual campaigns. Click on the number and see a list of those people. HIGHLVL-I-27
Just about every feature in the platform has it's own reports which get's confusing (not to mention there's no central design language) Would love to see all these reports pulled into one spot: the dashboard. The dashboard should also be fully customizable to swap in/out stats, resize tiles, etc.
SMS/Channels Stats Reporting
High Level should create a new reporting menu that displays similar stats as Call Reporting but of SMS or Channel activity. I think everyone would benefit if they can see stats like: Graph Total Number Sent Total Number Replied Total Number Didn't Reply Percentage Sent Percentage Replied Percentage Didn't Reply First Time Messaging Average Number of Messages per Conversation by SMS/Channel etc
