Reporting

More robust sales reporting and sales forecasting. Pipeline accumulative reporting for each quarter. The current reporting is not up to standard and it's making it difficult to convert business, as it does not cater for sales teams, reporting and sales managers to easily monitor and engage the sales team based on their performance as depicted in the sales reports. Can we URGENTLY get this done?

Would be great to have time tracking included so we can track team that are using GHL or othes on the team that are doing other tasks outside, so we can properly pay them and know their workflow

I would love to see an enhancement that allows users to create fully custom reports using both standard and custom objects along with custom fields. Currently, reporting options are limited when it comes to pulling data across different objects, especially when custom fields are involved. A custom report builder would enable users to define specific metrics, apply advanced filters, and generate tailored reports based on their business needs. Example Use Case: A digital marketing agency using GoHighLevel wants to track client engagement across multiple touchpoints. They have custom fields for tracking lead source, campaign performance, and sales pipeline stage. With a custom report builder, they could: Pull data from contacts, opportunities, and custom fields to see which marketing campaigns generate the highest conversion rates. Create a report showing average deal size per campaign based on opportunity records. Filter leads by custom tags and status updates to analyze client retention trends. Adding this feature would provide greater flexibility and empower businesses to make data-driven decisions directly within the platform. Just about every feature in the platform has it's own reports which get's confusing (not to mention there's no central design language) Would love to see all these reports pulled into one spot: the dashboard. The dashboard should also be fully customizable to swap in/out stats, resize tiles, etc.

Add a feature that allows a report in CRM that can break down the revenue by lead source. For ex. (Win/Loss/Open)

Currently the dashboard only reports won conversions based on the timeframe of when the contact was created, not in the timeframe of when the person is marked as won.So say a sale is made this week, and the contact was created 4 weeks ago it wont show up in this weeks stats you'd have go back 4 weeks to see the won stats for that week. I am still using a Gsheet to analyze my data as the current appointment reporting has issues: 1- First, it would be nice if we could adjust columns (make them smaller like in gsheet) like the contact page so we can see all the columns in one go. Right now I have to zoom out at 50% to see multiple columns. 2- It would be great if we can order data by A to Z or select specific results like in gsheet (example: select only appointments booked by user A) 3- I analyze my data by contact Source (example: Facebook ads lead, vs Google Ads lead) I want to be able to see this field, and currently the suggest source is not it. I need to analyze what source gives me the best results, this is essential to make good decisions on how to invest on marketing going forward. 4- I'm interested to track down who initially book the first appointment on each lead and see show up rate, and conversion rate. I have a custom field 'Booked by' and we track who booked it including Chat AI or Voice Ai. I want to be able to see custom fields such as this one. Your field 'Created by' does not track appointments booked by chat ai or voice ai. Or booked via a form. 5- Would be good to have other fields like Opportunity Stage, it would reveal good information on the data. Once I see those improvements, I will stop using Zapier to feed my Ghseet :) Thanks for making a great platform!!

I'd like to be able to download Audit Logs to be able to keep up with where our employees left with their opportunities from updates to deletions.

It would be great if we could pick what we would like to see in an Agent report. For example, I have many clients in a country that does'nt use SMS but instead rely heavily on whatsapp, FB DMs and INsta DMs.

Just as the system is able to document when and who booked an appointment for a client, it would be nice to have the same reporting for when and who cancelled an appointment. We've have multiple cases where clients' Appointments have been marked as Cancelled, those clients show up for the appointment as if it was still Confirmed, and no one in the system claims to have Cancelled their appointment. I've searched the system to find out how, who, or when it happened, to no avail. Then I asked Support for Help to figure it out, and they weren't able to provide an answer to this either. Please provide reporting on this, perhaps in Appointment Reporting. HIGHLVL-I-6230
