Custom Reporting Dashboard for KPIs
Let us create a customized dashboard where we can add our KPIs like leads generated in past X days, Appointment schedueld etc.
Add a filter 'agent' in call reporting
I would like to see which agent made which call, and be able to filter calls by agents so I can see their performance.
Rollup Reporting API
I would like the ability to access all of the metrics that are on the agency rollup report through the 2.0 API. Metrics on the agency rollup report that are not currently accessible via API 2.0 are: -Active Users -Calls -Emails -Text Messages -Reviews The use case is to be able to create custom dashboards using some other metrics that our company tracks for our clients that are outside of the GHL platform such as cold email and direct mail.
Add reporting for outbound SMS and email
Just like HighLevel already has call reporting by user, would be great to see SMS and email activity by user so we can see which team members are being the most productive.
Track Total Call Time & More In Depth Call Reporting
Would be great to have more in depth reporting for the dialer. (Ie: Total Phone time, calls per minute, etc.) Would help track team KPI's way mroe

Agent (user) stats in appointment reporting
I'd like to see how my agents are performing in terms of their appointment reporting, call reporting, etc... and see for each agent what are their individual stats (show, no show, cancelled + %) Something simple to implement and would be very valuable. Thanks!
I would like a report of # of opportunities by pipeline and $$ in each stage of the pipeline. Something simple to start, but a way for clients to see how they are working their sales using the system.
Drag & Drop Dashboard Reporting Widgets + Export To PDF/Auto Email Option
We have tested a ton of reporting programs. Our two favorites are Swydo and Whatagraph. Both allow us to customize exactly what our clients see so they are only getting pertinent/valuable info to them. Since neither of these programs can pull in high level data and since HL is adding so many different reporting features I think it would be incredibly valuable to be able to customize the tiles/widgets on the dashboard and include single metrics from all of the new reporting features so we can display exactly whats most important to each client. Bring FB/Google/Call Stats/Attribution to the dashboard in the form of widgets.On top of that it would be great for admins to be able to export to pdf/sheets and also have reports auto emailed and or a "live link". Bonus: Set a standard template at the agency level and customize sub accounts from there. HIGHLVL-I-1393
Email Stats Reporting
Looking for High Level to implement a report showing the email stats in the reporting area. Would like it to show delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, response rate, etc. We have had numerous requests for this. At the very least, can you provide an option in campaigns to export the stat data? We can't do anything with it currently and have to manually copy it over to excel to provide a report. Thanks!
