All default emails are in the English language. It would be nice if it could be an option to change the default email language to any language, like German

We would like to request official support for Catalan (català / ca) across HighLevel, especially in Voice AI, platform localization, and client-facing areas. This is highly important for our market. We work with businesses in Catalonia and other Catalan-speaking regions in Spain, where Catalan is a key operational language and, in many customer-facing situations, a compliance requirement rather than just a preference. From a business perspective, this has a direct impact on adoption. We currently have a strong pipeline of clients that are not yet on HighLevel. Realistically, we could move 20–30 clients in the next 3 months, and if Catalan support is added, we believe that number could grow to 100 clients before the end of the year. This would remove one of the main barriers to expanding HighLevel in our region. Also, ElevenLabs already supports Catalan in Eleven v3 and Eleven v3 Conversational, which suggests that the voice ecosystem is already capable of handling this language and may make the path to support easier. Add a system where we can manually replace the default wording in GoHighLevel. This could even be the foundation for a automatic translation system. Will also allow us to reformulate word and sentence in any language. Shopify has this feature that makes it super easy to replace the default wordings. Add saves, exports and imports. And changeable for sub accounts.

Right now not all information on the checkout form can be renamed/translated, examples are quantity, order total, CC information. Similary the payment links offer zero customization. This is needed for non-english countries. Even if platform language have been set to ex danish, these texts are still in english.

Would be great to have the option to offer the software in our clients native language. Currently there are no Bulgarian numbers that can be bought, which means some of the GHL features cannot even be used for clients living in Bulgaria.

Please add Bulgarian as a supported language in the entire ghl platform. This would be beneficial to both parties. There is a lot of potential in the Bulgarian market. Most of the Bulgarian business models are outdated and would really benefit form GHL. Thank you

At present, GHL lacks support for the Bulgarian language. To address this, it would be helpful to have the ability to override any label related to any element such as form fields or funnel elements like countdowns, via Custom Fields or Custom Values. This would go a long way towards enabling users to have a more personalized and seamless experience with GHL.

Go-High-Level is a global platform why is it not possible to use another date format other than the American one?? the rest of the world (all 6.75 bn of us) use dd/mm/yyyy and you only allow mm/dd/yyyy on your invoicing... a bit strange...
