In Conversation AI, add the option to use different models (not just open.ai ), just like in voice agents. Anthropic particularly.

Conversation AI can save information into a custom field, but it cannot update or overwrite a value once one has already been saved. This creates two compounding issues. Issue A: No Overwrite Function Exists There is no mechanism within Conversation AI to update a custom field once a value has been written. Even if the bot is explicitly instructed to update a field based on new information provided by the contact, the capability does not exist at the platform level. Issue B: Saved Values Are Permanent Regardless Even setting aside the missing function, the underlying behaviour treats the first saved value as final. If a contact provides updated information mid-conversation, the bot cannot reflect that change in the CRM. The outdated value remains locked in. Example: A contact places an order inquiry and tells the bot they want Product A. The bot saves Product A into the custom field interested_product. Mid-conversation, the contact changes their mind and says they actually want Product B instead. The bot acknowledges the change, but the interested_product field still shows Product A in the CRM. Any follow-up automation, order confirmations, product-specific sequences, and sales team notifications will fire against the wrong product. The CRM is wrong. The automation is wrong. And there is no way to fix it from within the bot.

I would like a final message to go from the Conversational AI bot to the contact when the maximum number of replies is reached. The AI assistant should not be having a two-way dialog with someone and then suddenly go silent. In the Conversation AI Advanced Settings for Auto-pilot mode there should be at least 2 fields for what happens when the max number of messages is reached: 1 - What do you want the bot to say before it goes to sleep? (Example answer: "Thank you for providing this information. It will help us determine how to best serve you. I will hand this conversation over to a human who will get back to you shortly.") 2 - What happens next? Possible options: Trigger a workflow. Notify the assigned user. Nothing (leave conversation marked unread). Mark the conversation as read.

It would be helpful if we could train conversation ai on previous conversations

I would like to request the ability to generate a shareable test link for each Conversation AI agent. Right now, there is a Test Your Bot section inside the Conversation AI agent settings, which is useful for internal testing. However, agencies often need clients to test and approve the bot before it goes live, without giving them access to the full AI agent settings. There should be an option inside each Conversation AI agent to generate a secure live test link. This would allow agencies to send a simple link to clients so they can test the bot experience directly, without accessing: AI agent settings Prompts Knowledge base settings Workflows Automation logic Conversation AI configuration Other private agency/client systems Suggested functionality: Add a button inside the Test Your Bot section: Generate Test Link The link should open a simple testing interface where the client can chat with that specific Conversation AI agent only. Helpful options could include: Set link expiration date Enable or disable the link Password-protect the link Limit access to one specific agent Show test conversations inside the agent’s test history Add branding or agency logo for demos Allow SMS-style or web-chat style testing This would be extremely useful for agencies doing client demos, approvals, QA testing, onboarding, and pre-launch reviews. The goal is simple: Allow agencies to let clients test a specific Conversation AI agent through a secure shareable link, without giving them backend access to the AI system. This would make Conversation AI easier to demo, safer to manage, and much smoother for client approvals.

This new update allowing Conversation AI to book Service Calendars is a brilliant step forward and shows where things are heading. However, for many of us working with Rentals, the real opportunity is with the Rentals Calendar. Is there any update on whether Conversation AI will support bookings directly from the Rentals Calendar? For hospitality, guesthouses, villas, equipment hire and similar use cases, this would be a complete game changer. Being able to handle availability checks and bookings for rental listings directly inside conversations would unlock huge value. Would love to know if this is on the roadmap 🙌

Currently TikTok is not a supported communication channel for Conversation AI, even when enabling TikTok messaging.
