Conversation AI

Allow us to have multiple AI Conversational bots in one account that are trained for different functions. Example: One bot would be for scheduling appointments, one bot would be for support, one bot would be for completing forms. Another example would be if one subaccount had multiple websites that each required its own conversational AI.

Would be great to be able to have the ability to duplicate or transfer a trained AI Bot between sub accounts. I am giving some prospective customers free demos on request, once they sign up would be easier to just transfer the bot to their new sub account as already half trained at that point. Thanks

Each contact needs to have a manual Conversation AI OFF/ON switch and a status light indicating the conversational followup mode manual response vs AI response.

Have the option to use the bot inside the whatsapp conversations

The AI booking bot only works on SMS. So while it can be triggered via Socials and email, it cannot have the conversation anywhere other than SMS. If the contact doesn't have a phone number then the process will be skipped. Propose that the AI booking bot work on Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Any other channels would be great, too.

Right now, conversation AI chatbots are only for conversation, but it would be great to have a bot that has some "function" functionality. When something happens, the bot could use those functions or execute automations, as if it were the workflow conversation AI.

As of my knowledge, the AI only has access to only one calendar link. It would be nice (and I assume not too difficult) to have a new feature where the bot can have multiple different calendars to book (either for different team mates or departments depending on the client's need).

In essence, we're seeking a solution similar to what air.ai offers, but many of us hesitate to invest heavily in that company due to the expensive price and the untrustworthy team. With advancements of voice AI, GPT, and the open APIs, it seems feasible for a highlevel team to have this in couple months.

Please please, add ability to connect Claude 3.5 Sonnet custom integration for Conversation AI with custom knowledge base and instructions. Its the only model that actually makes human like conversations and understand context well enough.

Given this is the direction that Google is going with Gemini for Gmail and we can expect many platforms will go, I suggest it's worth looking into for the big picture...
