Currently conversation AI is supporting every channel out there except email. Can we have the email be enabled as well? I believe that with this update the ability to respond in a threaded email will be worked on, including other workflow functions. Huge scope in my mind.

Multi-Channel Email Inbound Monitoring to enable Conversational AI by inbox:
I've suggested a feature that allows emails to be separated based on the email address they are sent to, creating multiple inbound channels that can be monitored by assigned users. This would improve workflow efficiency and could also be a key step in enabling Email as a channel for Conversational AI within GHL.

With this AI feature it will be especially valuable to have the email-sent-to filter on the Customer Replied Channel is email trigger!
If someone sends an email to hello@mywonderfulagency they should get an entirely different AI persona than if they send an email to help@mywonderfulagency or hailie@mywonderfulagency.

Conversation AI for the email channel would require a different set of Conversation AI settings. The response should be delayed much longer. Hours instead of minutes.
We already have Content AI support for email. Giving Content AI the same training module (train via FAQ, URL, & Google Doc) as Conversation AI might be a better approach.
