WHATSAPP MESSAGES SENT THROUGH THE COEXISTENCE SHOULD SEND THE BOT TO SLEEP AS WELL

Currently, the conversational ai bot would go to sleep (if we activate the option) if we send a message or through a workflow.
The problem comes when we send the message through the whatsapp business app: clients that use coexistence can talk through the whatsapp app, but those messages are not taken into account, and the bot don't go to sleep (which leads to duplicated messages and a lot of chaos).
POTENTIAL SOLUTION: take into account inbound messages sent through the whatsapp business app so that the bot also goes to sleep when we send them.

chatBot Understand and Goes to sleep when someone replies from direct channels

The current chatbot only goes to sleep if someone replies from GHL. However, if a person engages in the conversation and replies directly from the channel (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), the AI Chatbot does not identify that manual reply and therefore continues to interrupt the conversation. It could be great if the chatbot could also identify when I send a message manually direcly in those channels.

Dealing with this constantly. Our team will jump in manually on WhatsApp and the bot keeps firing messages right after. Super awkward for the client conversation.

We've had this exact issue with clients who manage WhatsApp from both places. The bot keeps firing even after they manually respond and it creates confusion for everyone. Your workflow trigger idea is solid too.

It’s unbelievable that the bot doesn’t stop when you send manual messages from WhatsApp or Instagram.
On the other hand, are they planning to do something with the messages received from Instagram Stories?
GoHighLevel treats replies to Instagram Stories as normal DMs, which creates issues with the Conversation AI.

Hi team, Is there any news about this feature?

GoHighLevel treats replies to Instagram Stories as normal DMs, which creates several issues with the Conversation AI. ( manychat has fixed it)

ANOTHER POTENTIAL SOLUTION: add as a workflow trigger 'INBOUND MESSAGE' (with filters like 'sent from whatsapp'....) so that at least we can then deactivate it and take more control over it.
