Anyone got an update on this? It will be a massive upgrade to the user experience.
A use case would be something like this:
A customer on Messenger sends a message inquiring about a specific service, the owner captures this and takes over the conversation and offers a discounted price for this customer.
Then, a day later, the customer checks in on Messenger to confirm that a discount will be applied to the final bill.
The AI reads the previous conversations and sees that a discount was offered yesterday and confirms it with the customer, instead of it denying the discount right away.

The memory needs to be able to take everything into account. Things they have bought, emails they have sent, messages they have sent, tags, etc.

Please add the ability to add CTA messages that stand out! Currently any CTA message looks like any other message and link is not clickable. This leads to poor user experience and lower conversions. CTA message should stand out (as on websites) and all links should be clickable!

Let the bot auto learn how to respond to activity over the last year of conversations and all future conversations.
The bot needs to have more than one objective depending on tags. If a contact has example: tag lead, customer, affiliate, active worker, inactive worker etc. . .
have different objectives for those tags (combinations)
Would love to combine objectives easy as well with their latest activity links as an option to pair with tags and goal objectives as well as message platform. .
