Add Pipeline and Stages in tasks, so can Filter Specific Areas to Work on
There should Be "tasks" Separate tab on Side Cause thats the main Thing CRM is Telling Us What to Do Today,Due, Or Whats Comming Up Next as a Real estate Agent. GHL is Lacking that Feature. It have tasks But Just the Sake to having it. NO pipeline Stage or Anything to Show where is This Client Belongs. I could not able to Sort it Out. I Have to all My task to Just get which clients Is Which (Hot,Cold,Warm) Adding Tasks Also does not have Much Information Addition there. And Not a Easy to add tasks, I'll Share a CRM Example its Very very Easy to Use But Lacks Alot of features GHL have. Thats Y i want to use GHL but Complicated Features/Less Features To make it Easy are making me Go Away. Contacts Section should Have Sort by Pipeline Features Which i Could See on Top. I'll Share Pictures a Example. Don't take me Wrong I am Here to Suggest Some Changes As i want to Fully USE GHL as REAL ESTATE AGENT and MY TEAM. cause What we need is fast Entry Of Information and SImple as Possible. Sometimes GHL Becomes Too overwhelming. Should be Extra Features on back end and only features that Your Customers use on Front end. I Really like Conversations All in One and Whatsapp Integration as-well many Others,To me its Much more Like to Mass Communication tool , Automate Process With Large Audience or Clients But Not For Somebody Who wants To focus and Track some 1000's Of Clients but with Efficient, Manually and Simple Manner its Gets hard. Cause All Your Clients Can not be Tracked With Automations. I'll share a CRM dedicated to Real estate (LOFTY) very Simple to Use and do not have cluttered Interface. Smart Lists are Just tags That does not work I Really Hope GHL Will hear this and try To implement some Changes for Real Estate Agents Aswell. I really really Enjoy using Some of your Features.
