To make this an all-in-one platform it would be great to have a "Projects" tab that allows us to create task, assign those to specific users, and restrict access to those users. For example, we could create an onboarding section and auto-assign those based on user type (Client, Account Manager, Sales, etc.). We could also have tasks that get assigned to the client. The client could login and see what needs to be done, what's being worked on, etc. This could also be added to the daily/weekly reports that go to the client so they are kept in the loop on things. Add a feature-rich project management tool within GoHighLevel to help agencies and clients manage tasks, deadlines, and workflows more effectively. This would allow users to coordinate both internal and client-facing projects without leaving the platform. It would be great if there was a task dashboard, similar to a pipeline and how you create contacts, but for tasks. It would be even better if you could drag and drop those tasks onto a calendar. For example, being able to create "pipeline" categories of High, medium, low and backlog. Wherein one could place tasks and then drag and drop them into their calendar for scheduling those tasks. Ideally, the tasks would be entered by task name, with the client information and notes attached.

I'd like to include the feature that when a task is checked as 'complete', that you can move the opportunity from one pipeline stage to another. HIGHLVL-I-1130

can we have multiple users on 1 task. And if So can we have multiple users working on a task have a reply thread attached to it somehow so users can respond to what they are doing with the tasks or any updates, etc.? HIGHLVL-I-6081

Allow the ability to set up sub tasks within an overall task. This would be helpful for when managing the team, and would eliminate the need for other project management software such as monday.com HIGHLVL-I-3274

There should Be "tasks" Separate tab on Side Cause thats the main Thing CRM is Telling Us What to Do Today,Due, Or Whats Comming Up Next as a Real estate Agent. GHL is Lacking that Feature. It have tasks But Just the Sake to having it. NO pipeline Stage or Anything to Show where is This Client Belongs. I could not able to Sort it Out. I Have to all My task to Just get which clients Is Which (Hot,Cold,Warm) Adding Tasks Also does not have Much Information Addition there. And Not a Easy to add tasks, I'll Share a CRM Example its Very very Easy to Use But Lacks Alot of features GHL have. Thats Y i want to use GHL but Complicated Features/Less Features To make it Easy are making me Go Away. Contacts Section should Have Sort by Pipeline Features Which i Could See on Top. Sometimes GHL Becomes Too overwhelming. Should be Extra Features on back end and only features that Your Customers use on Front end. I Really like Conversations All in One and Whatsapp Integration as-well many Others,To me its Much more Like to Mass Communication tool , Automate Process With Large Audience or Clients But Not For Somebody Who wants To focus and Track some 1000's Of Clients but with Efficient, Manually and Simple Manner its Gets hard. Cause All Your Clients Can not be Tracked With Automations. I'll share a CRM dedicated to Real estate (LOFTY) very Simple to Use and do not have cluttered Interface. Smart Lists are Just tags That does not work I Really Hope GHL Will hear this and try To implement some Changes for Real Estate Agents Aswell. I really really Enjoy using Some of your Features. When adding a task from an opportunity card, it would be helpful to move the Assign to field higher up on the form. Currently, it sits below the non-editable Contact field, and some team members overlook it. As a result, tasks are sometimes left unassigned and can slip through the cracks.

Please please please make a way for us to save the task filters on a per user basis. Right now when we log in all ten of our users see everyone's tasks and each time we come back to the tasks area the filters are rest. This is a very janky workflow. Being able to save a task filter on a per-user basis, so when you come back to the task area, it seems like a minimum functionality feature that needs to be implemented. Thanks, team!

Add a priority section in the tasks like a red/orange/yellow (urgent/medium/low) and when making a task but also colour code them or somehow see the task priorities from the task list.
