E-commerce Stores

Need an option for local stores so that customers can select "Free Pickup" or "Pickup In Store". Then no shipping fee will be attached and we can trigger a notification to the store that an order was placed for pickup.

It would be nice to be able to sell a bundle or group of products online and have them deduct from individual inventory for each product.

Currently, there is zero schema markup for product pages on our store. This is a BIG SEO issue. I have other pages ranking within 30 days, but NONE of my product pages ranking. Having a standard, editable schema would work, but we could really use the ability to add custom code to the product description so that we can put in custom schema markup so that it helps our product pages rank on Google like we could do on Shopify. For SEO we want to have unique schema representing each product on each product page.

Currently I have a client that has multiple products and multiple variants of each product in their store. As of right now, I can't find a way to set custom shipping rates for each product, and custom rates for each product variant. When using Custom Profiles, it only let's you assign one Profile per store, which is unusable. Thanks.

Currently, the Product Details Page (PDP) layout is mostly fixed. Rearranging elements like product name, price, variants, quantity, buttons, images, and description requires heavy CSS and JavaScript work, which is not ideal for non-technical users. I suggest adding a true section-based, drag-and-drop PDP builder where each product element is a standalone block that can be freely positioned, resized, and customized without code. Proposed Features: Each PDP element becomes its own block: Product Title Price Variants Quantity Add to Cart / Buy Now Short & Full Description Image Gallery Reviews Related Products Custom Blocks (FAQ, Shipping Info, Trust Badges, Icons, Highlights, etc.) Drag & drop to reorder blocks inside the product details area. Control width, height, spacing, alignment, and column layout per block. Ability to add new blocks like Product-specific FAQ or custom content. Separate layouts for desktop and mobile. Visibility rules (by device, variant, tag, stock status, etc.). No-code first, with optional advanced styling for power users. Why This Matters: Many modern e-commerce designs require flexible layouts (sticky images, split columns, stacked buttons, tabs, custom sections, etc.). Today this requires complex CSS/JS hacks. A native layout builder for the Product Details Page would: Eliminate heavy custom coding Make design iterations faster Reduce support tickets Empower non-technical store owners Bring HighLevel’s e-commerce UI to a modern, competitive level In short: Turn the Product Details Page into a fully customizable, block-based layout system, just like the normal page builder — but specialized for product elements.

I’d like to suggest adding an option to customize the layout of estimates, specifically the ability to adjust column widths. At the moment, the Item Name column is very small, which makes longer descriptions hard to read, while the Tax column is much larger than needed. It would be very helpful if users could resize columns (for example, make the Item Name column wider and the Tax column much smaller) to better fit their workflow and improve estimate readability for clients. This kind of flexibility would greatly improve usability and presentation.

Reference Store Element for Product Details. The Product Details element has limited customization. BUT, The Product Title field is not long enough to show the complete name of the product for longer product titles. This is a Critical situation for Stores. Increase the field length or format the field to be 2 lines so that the Product Title is not Cut Off for longer product names.
