Event Management

Create an Event Once. Display It Everywhere. 📅
The new Events feature is a great addition, but connecting it to Community calendars and reusable event widgets would make it so much more powerful. Right now, I have to create an event in the new Events feature and then create it again in my Community. Displaying those events across websites and funnels adds even more work. What if we could create an event once, choose where it appears, and have updates automatically carry through? I understand that Events and Community events serve different purposes. Still, a connection between the two with a toggle to add an event to the Community calendar would save time and reduce duplicate work. We also need a reusable event widget, similar to the Reviews widget, that displays selected events on any website or funnel page. Assign an event to a category, toggle it on for display, and let the widget update automatically wherever it’s placed. For those of us running workshops, classes, networking events, or community gatherings, this would make promoting and managing events much easier. Requested features: Event categories to organize events and control which ones appear in each widget. A “Show in Event Widget” toggle to automatically display an event in widgets using its category. An “Add to Community Calendar” toggle to connect eligible events without creating them twice. A native page builder widget for GHL websites and funnels that updates automatically. A standalone, embeddable widget to display all events in a selected category anywhere, including external websites. List, grid, and calendar views to fit different pages and layouts. Synced event details so changes carry through to connected calendars and widgets.

Event Waitlists, Pre-Sale Registration & Sold-Out Ticket Notifications
I'd love to see a built-in waitlist feature added to HighLevel Events that allows event organizers to collect interested attendees before tickets go on sale or when an event sells out. The idea is simple: instead of losing potential ticket buyers because tickets aren't available yet, organizers can capture their information and notify them when tickets become available. Two Primary Use Cases: Pre-Sale / Coming Soon Waitlist Allow organizers to create and publish events before ticket sales officially open. Display a "Join Waitlist" or "Get Early Access" button instead of "Buy Tickets." Collect attendee information directly within the event page. Automatically notify registered attendees by email or SMS when tickets go on sale. Optionally offer early access to waitlisted attendees before public ticket sales begin. Sold-Out Events / Cancellation Waitlist When an event sells out, automatically replace the ticket purchasing option with a "Join Waitlist" button. Allow interested attendees to register for notifications when tickets become available. Notify waitlisted attendees when tickets are released, refunded, or added to inventory. Optionally provide a limited purchase window before notifying the next person on the list. Additional Functionality: Manage waitlist registrations directly within the event dashboard. Set ticket availability dates and automatically transition between "Coming Soon," "On Sale," "Sold Out," and "Waitlist" statuses. Trigger HighLevel workflows when someone joins a waitlist or when tickets become available. Support first-come, first-served notifications or priority access. Track waitlist registrations and conversions into paid ticket purchases.

Tag people who sign up for an event and attend the event without having to create a workflow.
Being able to tag people who sign up for an event and attend the event without having to create a workflow for each event. In the event setting tab, it would be great to add in a field to select the tag to assign to people who register for the event. We want to Track who joins an event through the JOIN THE EVENT button on the page that a contact has access to after they register in important. See the Join Soon Button on the attached image. When that is activated 10-15 minutes before the event, when someone clicks on it, that means they joined our Zoom. I want to know who joined. I know we can create something like this in an email in a workflow/automation, however, this button doesn't give us a choice to tag people who join this way - and you made this beautiful page for our contacts to see and use. There is a tab for link and tracking...please add in the option to select tags - at the registration level and the JOIN EVENT level. There is only 1 email and 1 SMS that go out after EVENT registration, we all know more reminders are needed, if we could chose a template workflow automation to connect to our events so all these steps are in one place, that would be nice. Or EVEN BETTER, give us the option to send out reminders at the intervals we choose. Unlimited and on our schedule. It would be great if we didn't have to go to 4 different places (automations, funnels (if you want more customization), emails, custom fields, ) in GHL to build an event completely. I'm also having trouble determining which calendar this event is living in - is it the account owners? The user/employee? I've not been able to find it in calendar. And now that I create the Zoom meeting, I'm not sure how that will impact the event now that the calendar for the account owner shows busy. I applaud the work that is completed on EVENTS already. The layout is nice and what you've built is beautiful.
