Bulk Actions

I want to be able to bulk delete everything in a subaccount if the wrong snapshot was added.

As the title says, instead of only being able to grab the last note left on the contact it would be great to export all notes left on that contact. Last note isn't always enough for the context needed on leads/clients.

Can we have the option to disable "Workflow" permissions for all users across a subaccount? And for all subaccounts under an agency? The option for other permissions as well. Thank you!

Looking for a way to automate the extraction of call transcripts from GHL. The goal is to process a large volume of transcripts and use AI tools to analyze sentiment, objections, and other key insights efficiently.

It would be great to have the option to do bulk actions for all the staff members. We have a bunch of staff members, and every time we need to add them to any subaccount, it's a one-by-one process, or even when selecting the time zone for each one within the sub-account, this process takes way too much time to do and leave space for mistakes

This may be a once in awhile type thing or a never for some agencies. However, I ran across an issues the other day where I needed to consolidate 2 sub-accounts that were both part of the same agency and there wasn't a way to easily select all the contacts and merge/copy over to the other account without exporting and re-importing. Would be a great add-on if possible. This way all tasks, notes, etc. would be moved as well.

Since we got custom objects, it is time for new Field type. I recommend JSON since we have chatGPT and custom Code options in workflow. JSON is easily utilised when working with them.

Need a built-in safe mode / automation bypass option for bulk contact updates and imports. When applying bulk actions like updating custom fields or adding/removing tags from the Contacts page, agencies sometimes need to clean data, migrate contacts, or repair mistakes without launching every workflow that listens for Contact Tag, Contact Changed, or custom field updates. Today the workaround is to audit and temporarily disable relevant workflows first. That is risky and error-prone at scale because one missed workflow can send emails/SMS, cancel appointments, move pipeline stages, or re-enroll contacts. Request: Add a checkbox/toggle on bulk actions, imports, and bulk update APIs: “Do not trigger automations/workflows for this update.” Scope it to the selected operation only, not a global workflow shutdown. Add an audit log marker showing the update was performed with automation suppression. Permission-gate it to admins/owners if needed. This is separate from adding more bulk actions. The core request is a safe way to update contact fields/tags in bulk without firing automation triggers for that specific maintenance operation.

We'd like the ability to assign multiple sub-accounts/locations to a user in bulk. Currently, the interface only allows selecting one location at a time. After each selection, the dropdown closes, requiring us to reopen it, re-enter our search term, and scroll back to where we left off before selecting the next location. This becomes extremely time-consuming when assigning users to dozens or even hundreds of locations. Requested Improvements: -Allow selecting multiple locations before saving (true multi-select). -Keep the location selection dropdown open after each selection so additional locations can be selected without having to reopen and search again. -Optionally, add a "Select All" or bulk assignment option for organizations managing large numbers of sub-accounts. This would significantly improve efficiency for agencies and enterprise accounts that regularly assign users across many locations.
