Multiple Phone Numbers per Contact
I want to import a list of contacts that have both Home and Work phone numbers, but as of now there can only be one number in a contacts profile. Once this is created, there would need to be a clear delineation as to which number should be used for SMS campaigns. HIGHLVL-I-1529
Contact Filters Need an "OR" filter not just an "AND" filter
This feels like a no brainer addition to filters. TONS Of use case scenarios for it. I've explained the exact feature here in the loom: https://www.loom.com/share/21725dfc92a34fa2bddbdf31f04e2e9b . The tag filtering only allows for "AND" filters (it has to hit each criteria) but there's dozens of scenarios where I need to BROADEN the filter and attach an "OR" filter.
Allow Contacts to have 2/multiple email addresses
We have some great use cases for that would be great if HL had the option of one contact having 2 emails instead of just one.Many clients have 2 emails so that would help in communicating with them.Also, my team is building some neat integration tools that would be seamless if we had the option to reach out to clients with a secondary email as well as their primary one. Additional Contact Types
Currently Contact Type is hard coded. A contact is either a lead or a customer. Well for one of my businesses, the contact isn't either one of those. I would love the ability to add additional contact types and a way to define what is the default value. HIGHLVL-I-5888
Filter Contacts by SMS / E-mail Behavior - Failed/Clicked/Open
Need the ability to create a smartlist that ignores contacts that previously had e-mails and sms sent and failed. Also, it would be good to exclude the ones that clicked the last campaign e-mail, and functionality like that. Basically when you go to Campaigns and bulk actions and you look at stats, can those stats and info be added to the contacts tab by contact? Thank you in advance,

Inbound calling through highlevel (not cell phone)
Hey guys, I would love the communities support on this if you agree. The idea: The ability to answer calls through High Level, NOT just through my cell phone. Here is my vision: 1. When a contact calls the user Twilio number, a pop up will happen with information. a. Incoming Call!!! b. Full name c. Company / Account name d. Campaign currently enrolled in if any. We can answer that call through high level using any computer connected head set. When you answer that call it opens up the lead, contact, account details so you can: a. Make notes b. Set appointments c. Add them to a campaign d. Send a text or email. e. Create new contact if they for some reason are not in your system. You would still have the ability to turn off HL Inbound calling and forward to your cell phone if your not in the office. Benefits to the community: Better prepared for when a lead or customer calls. You have their information, campaign they are in and are ready to take that contact to the next step before you even pick up the phone. Answer the contact by their first name. Super impressive. Easy ability to take notes Hands free No need to constantly switch from system to cell phone. No worries if you forgot to charge your cell phone Not everyone has unlimited calling through cell phone services. HIGHLVL-I-671
Contact Check boxes
Please add the ability to check multiple contact boxes on the contacts page at the same time. Right now, it's only possible when a single page of contacts is in view. You must then find the next contact on another page, go back to the first page and the checked box is now empty. So with a long list of contacts it's very time consuming to check the box of one, perform the action then find the others and so on. One by one. It would be great to just check them all somehow and have the check stick or, even better, have the ability to search for multiple names at once so they'd show up in view on the same page or something like that.
