Client: ¨Hi, I am intresetd ina shirt, what colors do you have?¨
Whatsapp WhatsAppAI Agent: ¨We have Blue and Green¨
Client: ¨Please send me an images of the Green shirt.¨
Whatsapp AI Agent: ¨Sending images of the green shirt. ¨
So, that will be a highly common use case.
The images can be stored in the ´Media storage´ having the images name ¨Grenn shirt¨ so the Ai can identify which image to send.
We can also configure the prompt to be like:
¨When client ask for image Green shirt¨ snd him media storage images named green shirt..

Here’s how we see this feature working in real WhatsApp commerce.
This feature is for static product images, not AI-generated images.
When a customer asks for product images (e.g. “green shirt”), the AI should send native image files directly in WhatsApp, just like a human sales agent would — not links. This is critical for trust and conversion in WhatsApp sales, especially in LATAM.
Single vs multiple images
• One variant → send one image
• Multiple variants → send multiple images, one after another, in a logical order
(e.g. front view → back view → worn by model)
Storage recommendation
• Images should be stored in Media Storage, not the Knowledge Base
• KB = text & rules
• Media Storage = scalable for thousands of product images
Image selection logic
Each image should have:
• A clear filename (e.g. green_shirt_front.jpg)

Can you tell me how do you use conversation ai today
Is it a ecommerce use case for you
Where you have trained your bot on various products and services
And you want the bot to send images based on the product customer is asking.
The product can be tshirt , car , bike anything
Well in this case the image generation is dynamic. Where the image can be anything based on conversation context.
Whereas the static will be to send a fixed images always based on trigger condition

To give you more context is about the fact that the E-commerce world in LATAM is that 70% of the online sales are happening in the whatsapp chat or Instagram DM, so the clients I am managing each have diferent product and nich but the images necesity are all the same.
Some client have only one product line in their business (Clothing brand)
And others have Multibrand (Hair care, Makeup, Clothing, Lingeries, Skin Care) All in the same business/bot which is very common as well.
So yeah, definetly dynamic would be a better and more complete solution.
Btw, I would be glad to hop on a quick call to give you more context about the feature vision as my business represent thousands of LATAM business who all have the exact same business model.

Abhishek Kumar The important thing is that I have a database with conditionals, if they talk about a certain product, send a particular image. Or better yet, that it works with product integration, GHL, Shopify or Woocommerce for sending images depending on the product in which the customer is interested. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... there are many CUSTOMERS requesting the function and we would expand the market to reach e-commerce... and other services that involve sending images.

The best way would be with markdown image embeds inside the chat response.
It works like this:
" ![ Alt text] ( https://yourimageurl.com/path-to-image.jpg ) . "
Works really well and means you don't need to store anything. Means I can display images from my website too.
Is there an ETA on this? If it's soon I'll just delay my launch and use this instead of what I am building on a different tool.

This would be great. I have a client with 4 locations and gets asked where they are located frequently. We have the bot sending a google maps link but he has also requested that the bot sends a map image. Glad this is planned.
