Social Planner - Several Features & UI Enhancements
Social Planner has a lot of potential, but we are unable to use it due to the limitations in it's functionality: ✅ 1. Being able to send notifications in bulk whenever social posts are ready to be approved (i.e. 30 at a time). https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/social-planner/p/social-planner-bulk-approval-notification Also to be able to use a workflow trigger for this notification so that we can more easily customize the date/time the notification goes out and can more send slack notifications and use other integrations. ✅ 2. Implement workflow triggers and actions such as the below (lot's more can be done): Triggers -> a. Post set as scheduled/to be approved b. Post approved/rejected c. Post hit schedule date but still in review Actions -> a. Set from in review to approved (or change status' in general) ✅ 3. Have an agency overview of all the sub-account social planners so that our team can go in and get a birds eye view of all the posts that need revisions/that have been approved and scheduled. Being able to make changes on this view as well would be imperative. Allow our clients to bulk approve posts. ✅ 5. Ability to manage and respond to comments on all platforms available. ✅ 7. Canva integration to import videos/photos ✅ 8. Don't allow some users to edit, create, or delete posts. But only approve or reject. ✅ 9. Model Social Planner Post Approvals Off CloudCampaign
In CloudCampaign, when posts are created/uploaded and require client approval - the content manager has the ability to create a single approval object and attach as many (or as few) posts to that object as required. Once they've compiled their list of posts needing approval, they "send" the object to the client for approval. The client receives an email branded to the agency (an editable template would be perfect to allow specific verbage/logo choices) with a magic link taking them to a landing page where each of the posts are listed next to individual "Approve" each post, or choose the button at the top to "Approve All Content" Most importantly, there is a place for the client to submit comments for each post. These comments are stored and made available in the approval object and a notification is sent to the content manager alerting them to the comment. This feature allows this much needed enhancement: ✅Agencies that are only offering Social Media Management services, or who's client's aren't using their subaccount, can easily and quickly facilitate the post approval process outside of the subaccount ✅This negates the need to train client's on how to approve posts inside the current Social Planner (which is not intuitive) ✅Allows clients to provide direct feedback on individual posts (with the posts visible to both creator and client next to the comment) ✅Limits the "approval" notifications that are sent the client by combining approvals into a single email ✅Allows client's to approve posts on any devices with a browser.
