Social Planner

My client is a private school that does NOT get constant new reviews. The review posting tool currently is set up to only pull new reviews, after we set it up. The problem is we ran a review building campaign and can not pull all of those reviews since they are "old" If I set up the schedule a review to post every week, the tool should do that. It should be able to pull an old review if there is not a new review. I now have to do it manually.

Would be nice to have bulk approval flow for campaigns that result in multiple posts or even for people who'd like to schedule everything for the month in advance. Obviously an email requesting approval for every post in that month isn't ideal. So can something be done about this. in the social planner I can't select the range of dates to see in the statistics and they are not complete

It would save so much time and headache if when you're scheduling individual posts for future months, you're taken back to that month, NOT the current month.

Right now in social media planner can't hear audio that is embedded in videos

When you create a post for social media through GHL then choose to toggle on "Customize for each channel" the content stays the same if there was anything previously typed out BUT it removes the image/photo that was added before toggling that on. It's a bit frustrating having to them re-add the image/photo. This was not an issue before & in the last month I realized this was changed. As a social media content creator & digital marketing professional, I can say that most of the time when we're trying to customize the post it's NOT because we want different pictures. It's most likely small tweaks to the typed out content (e.g. hashtags, links, etc.) that we're trying to change but we probably want the core of the content & the image/photo to be the same. Otherwise we would've just selected different platforms to post to if they were going to be completely different. It feels like too many steps & was simpler BEFORE the change was made.

Right now, when adding a post to a category queue, they will repeat as soon as the queue repeats. If there are only a few posts in a queue, they repeat to quickly. We need to be able to specify a minimum gap per post to control how often a post can be repeated. For example, if a queue has 4 posts and posts every Monday, right now the queue repeats monthly, which is too much. If we could specify for these posts to have a minimum gap of 12 weeks, the queue would post all 4 posts, then wait two months before repeating. This would allow to build a queue up over time. Right now we need to have enough content before we can schedule anything, if we don’t want it to repeat too fast.

Once we connect the platformsit would be useful to see not only the posts that are from the scheduler/planner but also if our sub accounts have multiple staff and themselves as an admin where they may be engaging directly on platforms. Example: Client prefers to engage in Facebook and does stories and reels. Their partners prefers LinkedIn and Instagram and our team posts 3 times per week across all platforms. It would be great to see all of it. The social app from Vendasta does this if you are looking for a sample. Thank you.

The ability to use the same custom field for both Opportunities and contact. Stopping the need to create duplicate fields and creating automations to update the fields if they get updated.
