Currently, we have a workflow engagement action for posts where the system can respond to comments. Problem with it is that it's not dynamic and it lacks the settings.

Enhancement proposal: Add these level of configurations to effectively grow and manage social engagements and add this feature where AI can read the comment and respond accordingly based on a knowledgebase, the post itself, and a how to respond prompt or guidelines.
