ability to add thumbnail to YouTube and Tiktok video posts

Currently, it appears there is no way to add or set a thumbnail to YouTube and Tiktok video posts - it is just crazy that we can post to Youtube and TikTok, but could not support Thumbnails. video Thumbnails or cover pics are big games of them - who wants to view or click a video post without a nice Thumbnail?

I've been using the Social Planner for posts and everything works great except for thumbnails on videos. I set a custom thumbnail for the video and it only shows up on Instagram Reels. It doesn't show up on TikTok or YouTube at all. Just some random frame, usually the first, from the video. Please add a way to get the custom video thumbnail to show on all the channels.
I was informed this feature is not available for Tik-Tok & YouTube via GHL Ticket 2829834.
