ability to add thumbnail to YouTube and Tiktok video posts

Currently, it appears there is no way to add or set a thumbnail to YouTube and Tiktok video posts - it is just crazy that we can post to Youtube and TikTok, but could not support Thumbnails. video Thumbnails or cover pics are big games of them - who wants to view or click a video post without a nice Thumbnail?

I have had clients asking for this for a while now. The social planner would be greatly improved if this was a universal feature for all platforms.
