Bug Report:
The Social Planner is blocking Facebook Reels uploads that exceed 90 seconds or 1GB in file size. However, Facebook updated their Reels specifications in June 2025, removing all duration restrictions and increasing the file size limit to 4GB.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open Social Planner > New Post
  2. Select Facebook Reels as the channel
  3. Attempt to upload a video over 90 seconds or over 1GB (but within Facebook's current 4GB limit)
  4. A validation error appears blocking the upload/scheduling
Expected Behaviour:
The platform should accept Facebook Reels uploads consistent with Facebook's current specifications — no duration limit, up to 4GB file size.
Actual Behaviour:
The platform blocks uploads over 90 seconds or 1GB, citing outdated limits.
Source: Facebook announced in June 2025 that all videos are now published as Reels with no length or format restrictions, and the file size cap is 4GB.
Priority: High — this is actively preventing valid Facebook Reels from being scheduled.
