Change language of headlines in the invoices

The invoice headlines are in English but it would be nice to be able to switch to the language you need, in this case, Spanish.
In addition, the invoice numbering starts at inv_ by default, it would be nice to be able to change this numbering as well in order to adapt them to different needs.

Sending invoices is mandatory and cannot be turned off, but invoice labels, titles, cannot be changed in templates.

90% of our clients are based in the UK and EU. Invoices, contracts/docs and respective payments, estimates and receipts are not honouring localized formatting of dates and currencies (where we have UK selected for instance, dates are in US format, estimates are showing in USD, payment dates are being 'printed' on invoices in US format etc).

Ability to Edit & Translate Invoice Fields

Currently, the invoice fields cannot be customized. While some parts of the invoice can be edited, the following essential fields do not have an option for translation or customization:
Billed To
Invoice Number
Issue Date
Due Date
Pay
Item Name
Price
Quantity
Tax
Subtotal
Amount Due
This creates a challenge for businesses operating in non-English-speaking markets, as invoices must comply with local language requirements and tax regulations.
💡 Feature Request: Allow users to edit and translate these invoice fields to match their business language and branding, ensuring a professional and localized experience for clients.

GHL Team, please make this possible! It is really important for our business to have the whole invoice in Dutch, it looks very unprofessional to do it in English. We can translate it ourselves, if you make the fields adjustable.

Hi GHL Team,
The recent update for translations is a big step forward and is definitely helping us move toward success. However, the job is not yet fully finished.
Several fields are still not translatable, such as:
- Invoice Number
- Issue Date
- Due Date
- Subtotal
- Amount Paid
In addition, this ability is also required for Estimates, and it would be very helpful to have the option to modify the translation of the Product section inside Contracts.
I assume this feature is already on your roadmap, but please don’t let us wait too long. Full translation coverage is essential for many of us working with international clients.

I’ve addressed this topic several times already. Translating the entire GHL platform isn’t necessary. What truly matters is enabling users to manually translate key business components—such as Estimates and Invoices—to align with local market requirements.
Currently, too much time is being spent on full-language translations, yet many users continue to report poor and inconsistent results. A more effective approach would be to simply allow full customization of crucial fields. This would immediately resolve most issues without overhauling the entire system.
