I think kartra has a great style of helpdesks. You should peep them. You can create a bunch of help desks and assign reps to them and mark as solved or follow up or transfer, in red etc. .

it would show up on our left side bar for help desks and have a notification on it if there are tickets for the user to handle.

they also get pushed in kartra snapshots as well so cloneable for our clients as well.

Hope this will be implemented.

Please mark this as in progress. This is a basic part of any serious CRM. My client prospects aren't willing to jump without a ticketing system. Look at Zen Desk, Zoho Desk, etc if you need help understanding.

We need this!! Ticketing like Freshdesk.

Needed very bad. I have held off on switching to high level because inbound email sucks like 1995 bad! Emails from new unknown contacts don't show up at all. Multiple contacts need to be linked to a single custom object or ticket. Sometimes our tickets involve multiple 3rd parties, and the ticket is initiated from an inbound email from them. HubSpot is awesome for this, but if you want any automation out of them you will have to sell a kidney.

Please take a look at UV Desk, This is an excellent example and maybe you could just add the ability to integrate as they have a free open source version.

This would be great to replace the need for Freshdesk or Zendesk etc

I really need this as well for clients!

I have a very large prospect but cannot sign them without this ability. We really need this, most CRMs have such features.

Why has this gone unattended for almost 3 years?
