We need to get sounds for In App Notifications on the web browser. We use Google Chrome and have the chrome settings turned on to get notifications, sound, use the microphone, and camera for Highlevel but because there's not an option to turn on sound in the HL Notification Settings. For instance when we can get internal notification alerts for when customer chats in Conversations or we get a New Lead which triggers the in-app notification to be sent internally to our users, we can get sound alerts on mobile because we turn on notifications and sounds on our mobile device. We need this also for Desktop as many of our users don't use their phone but just use the desktop app and it would be helpful to hear an alert on Desktop or from the Web browser rather when internal notifications go off.
