This would be so helpful for internal chat to have a separate little window like gmail so you can have it up all the time to message back and forth on. Especially for companies that are constantly communicating with their team members and don't want to constantly go in to the side bar of the internal chat to check on messages. They want to be able to have their internal chat pulled up and be able to see conversations and other features in Highlevel at the same time.

100% We have an issue with one of our customers. They have a larger booking team. When a live chat comes in, they just see the notification in the window, but that often goes unseen. So a popup window or sound would be great. So they easy can identify that there is a message coming in

We need a completely separate pop up to appear when users of sub accounts get new messages and they do not have the GHL whitelabel tab open. atm the notifications tab is within the GHL tab only. On mobile it works well.

It appears as though notifications originating from a workflow do not happen when the desktop browser app is maximised, but only when the window is minimised. At least that what I've observed on MacOS.

Whereas GHL system notifications for appointments and new messages happen no matter what.
