In Calendars, presently when when you change the status to cancelled the booking remains in the calendar, this means if you have a max no of attendees for an appointment ( like a class) if the Max No is reached then you can not add another person as a replacement without deleting the appointment. This creates a problem in the appointment log, because once you delete the individual appointment booking it is removed from the cancelled log. Can we have it changed so that when cancelled it removes the individual booking from the Calendar but is listed in the Calendar. We can create a workflow which sends an internal notification if the status is changed to Cancelled. Otherwise we have no way of tracking Cancelled appointments to follow up with

This is something we need in order to free the slot. The only way we have to free that space is by deleting the whole appointment.

Alex Pons There's a workaround. After the appointment is cancelled, use a workflow to change status to invalid.
