Hide calendar event details toggle overridden by Agency Admins and the Agency Owner
When a subaccount user selects Settings > My Profile > Private Mode for Synced Events > "Hide event details" (When turned on, only you can see your third-party calendar details, and others won't be able to.), then Agency Admins and the Agency Owner still have full visibility of all their calendar event details. I don't believe this is very ethical. We encourage our clients to connect their calendars in their subaccount, saying that it would work in their advantage, as we'd be able to create a dedicated calendar for them in our system that would sync their "availability" with their appointment booking page (knowing full well that that's not all that GHL will do - as all of their actual event details would end up being visible to any Agency Admin that has access to the subaccount in question, as well as always to the Agency Owner). That is obviously not how it should be and not how we'd like to operate with our clients. None of our clients know that GHL is behind our system, or that we're able to see everything that's on their calendars. They just trust us. NO ONE should ever be able to see a user's calendar event details (without the user even being aware about it) if the user has toggled on "Hide event details". This coincides with what was asked by Royce in the following idea post ( https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/conversations/p/privacy ), which references users being able to hide their (SMS, WhatsApp, Email) conversations from the Agency Owner (or from any Agency Admin for that matter). The "Hide event details" should also be selected by default and not be able to be toggled off by any user that has "Enable Login as" enabled under the "User Management" settings in Agency > Settings > Team - even if they're an Agency Admin or the Agency Owner. Only the user should be given the right to decide to whom and when they'd like to reveal any of their confidential information/exchanges.
