Busy vs Available doesn't seem to sync from Google

Right now I have google calendar entries that are set in google as "Available" but HighLevel is treating me as busy and not offering a time because there is an event.
And then on the other hand I have some situations where High Level is offering a time when I have an event that is set to "busy" in google calendar entry.
Can these syncs of calendar entries please be checked and fixed so we can reliably know the availability is correct. Doesn't look good when a client books in and we have to say sorry we're busy, or when someone goes to book and it shows no times available when we have plenty of spots.

And if you Book via „custom“ for a Client the double booking is an issue too - Even if the calender and Profiles Are Set up to Check for conflicts - Results in double bookings too

yes. this is an urgent issue. I'm getting double booked now and I didn't get double booked for years. Seems like a global issue. been happening for about 2 weeks now. today is May 28 2024
