Email, Phone capture for Live chat

If live chat has the ability to add a lead capture form in the beginning it would be great to use live chat with conversational AI and automate live chat via website. But currently there is no way to capture lead details. Plus conversational ai isn't picking up and updating the contact details when the email and phone number shared by the lead during the AI chat. Same happens when appointment is booked. So it would be great to have a built in lead capture system for live chat just like sms chat

Multiple Chat Widgets for a Subaccount

Many subaccounts have multiple pages funnels, websites, each needing chat widgets that perform differently. One chat widget might be for setting appointments, one for lead gen only, one for support/service, one for taking surveys, one with red and blue branding colors, one with green and yellow. Presently, there is only one chat widget per subaccount and I'm required to use someone else's widgets to accomplish my needs. Would love to just use the GHL chat widgets for all pages.

Include Agency Branding for Live Chat! Powered By (Company Name and URL Link) Currently only available for the Chat Widget option, it's a great way to get referrals.

Be able to be notified by email/sms/slack when someone submits the live chat

Currently, there is no way of us being notified if someone submits the live chat. It would be great if we could set up so that an email, sms and/or (preferably) slack message is sent when someone wants to get in touch with us.

Delay option for Chat Bubble

Have the ability to set delays in showing the chat bubble. Currently, as soon as the chat widget loads, the chat bubble pops right-away and it's covering all the elements of the funnel or landing page. I would love to have my audience read the content first in a few seconds and have the chat bubble pop-out to remind them that they can talk to us via chat widget. Optimize the chat widget as well with the new cookie consent prompt. Currently the chat widget is covering the buttons in desktop view.

Live Chat - Calendar Link

Please make the calendar link that is shared in the live chat clickable. Currently it is not clickable users cannot schedule from the link shared by the Bot.

Chat is Minimized on page load with Rule Based Pop-Open

This for any chat, not just live chat. The chat should be default minimized on page load and pops-open based on a rule. Options should be: open on page load, after X seconds on site, or after X percentage scrolled down the page. After X seconds on each page might be a good fourth wildcard option. This REALLY increases conversion rates on chats. This was a clear incremental win in car sales and is probably applicable for all industries.

Live chat mobile app notifications

We would like to be notified when someone starts a live chat on our mobile app just like sms.

Additional fields in chat widget

I want to add a field in the chat widget. I want to add a dropdown so that visitors can select a location (one of 6) that they're interested in.
