Disable typing when form is enabled
In the chat widget disable the typing of a message when form is enabled and show the form first, this way we can collect customer information before they start the conversation and still use ai agents.

Be able to be notified by email/sms/slack when someone submits the live chat
Currently, there is no way of us being notified if someone submits the live chat. It would be great if we could set up so that an email, sms and/or (preferably) slack message is sent when someone wants to get in touch with us.

Ability to send chat transcript via email
When a new chat comes in, I have set an automation to email me with the message or content of the chat, but it only sends parts of it, it would be pretty cool if there is an action to send the chat transcript via email.
