Enable Sub-Accounts to Customize “Powered by” Branding in Review Widgets for Multi-Brand SaaS Agencies
Request Summary: Please allow branding overrides for the Review Widget at the sub-account level, enabling the iframe to reflect the brand identity of each SaaS client. This is essential for agencies managing multiple white-labeled brands under one HighLevel agency account. Overview: As an agency operating a multi-brand SaaS model, I need the ability for individual sub-accounts under my agency to control the branding displayed in the HighLevel Review Widget, specifically the “Powered by [Agency Name]” text that currently defaults to the agency’s global name. This is critical for agencies offering white-labeled SaaS solutions across multiple brands, where each sub-account represents a separate brand entity (e.g., XYZ or ABC). Current Limitation: The Review Widget is served via an iframe, and the “Powered by” text is hardcoded to use the top-level agency name. There is no way for sub-accounts to override or customize this based on their own branding. Even when using SaaS Mode, and sub-accounts are branded independently, the Review Widget still promotes the parent agency brand. Why This Matters: White-label SaaS agencies need each brand they sell under to reflect its identity in customer-facing widgets. Sub-accounts like SaaSBrandOne or BrandTwo should display their brand on review widgets embedded on their clients’ sites. This is critical for: Maintaining brand trust and integrity Avoiding confusion with unrelated parent agency names Enabling agency scaling across diverse industries or markets
