Chat Widget

Can we have a Custom CSS field for chat bot so I can control them independently? Like for example I want to embed 3 chatbots on one website and position them nicely and separately, and even style them more.

On the chat widget, we have four options, Name field, email field phone field, and message field, But now I want to add another field like, Zip code, How do you know about us with dropdown ( social, IG, FB, etc)

It would be great to have notification sounds when someone sends a message through the chat widget. This feature would help ensure no messages are missed and improve response times, especially during busy periods.

When live chat is on, can you make it show the little bubbles so the lead knows it's responding. Just like it does in the ai conversation trial.

We want to embed the live chat widget window inside other widget tools. So we want a version that allows us to embed/iframe the chat window and not use the GHL chat bubble launcher. This would greatly expand our ability to offer the live chat alongside other tools so we don't have competing widget bubbles.

Currently for the Cht Widget "Consent Checkbox" is automatically selected when the user clicks on the chat widget. Can this be change for user to manually select the "Consent Checkbox" before clicking on the Send button?

Ability for users to select the department they want to reach: Support, sales, tech, etc.

Can we please have the ability to customize the message that reads "Please share contact details" when you are collecting name, phone, and email? It appears to be the only text that cannot be customized.

I'd like to be able to embed the chat into a page rather than having it be a bubble with a popup.
