Enable WebChat to actually have live chat function

It seems obvious to have a WebChat to actually have live chat function like Tawk or similar. Otherwise seems like a simple form that pops up, I may be under stating the function, but a Live Chat would be really useful when pushed in to the Conversations page of the accounts.

Can we have the ability to customise the chat widget or have it per site instead of per account as it is currently? It'd be quite useful to have it per site and aligned with branding, picture, etc.
