WhatsApp chat box reading domain URL favicon/image banner, but when message is sent is not posting the URL w the image

Default WA number not working

We have two WA Numbers registered. Eventhough we marked one as default number, the number from which we can send templates switches to the last number that has been used. So when we receive a message on the second number (that is not default), then we can only send templates through the second number and not the default number. Best would be to have a dropdown to choose from the registered numbers when sending a WhatsApp template.
