Add option to send Form Submissions into Conversations
When a user submits a form, there should be an option to send the form content into the conversation tab as if it was an inbound email so that a user could respond to the submission

Upload videos in forms
Right now, we can do almost every file extension, but no videos. IMO we need this Use case: Video Review collecting.

Use form template without it creating custom fields that need deleting
Form templates are great for creating good looking forms quickly but you just want the styles, not all of the custom fields from the form template. It's a pain to have to go and delete all of the custom fields the normal user does not realise are being created when choosing a form template.
