All color options, should have the option of using CUSTOM VALUES
We are now in email's section, but this is the same for seval sides of the plattfor, for example, button colours...everyplace. I guess that considering the relevance of custom values, colors and images should be able to be "called" through a custom value in the 100% of the cases. Let's vote and go for it!!

Make merge tag flexible so it can display default values where the actual field is empty
Using the first name tag as an example. {{contact.first_name}} It should be easy to attached a default name for users without names in the CRM. A lot of popular CRMs have this merge tag option.
