Multiple Contacts per Opportunity
For every opportunity, there should be multiple contacts that can be associated to it both as decision makers or simply others that need to be in the loop. For example, husband and wife decision makers, and their personal trainer, the nutritionist, etc communicated with at a click without having to go from the opportunity to the contact's info, look up the saved custom field and then searching for them in Contacts and sending a separate email or phone number.

Engagement score should be visible in contacts
The engagement score should be a selectable column in the contacts display and should be displayed on the individual contact record. Displaying only on the conversations tab isn't useful.
