Better UI for Conversations
Right now the UI in conversations is confusing. Here are two improvements that will help us and our clients: Make it more clear what channel a message was sent from. The current icons that show the channel are small and not specific. Make email threads easier to read and understand. The current system for email threads is clunky and unintuitive.

STICKY Conversation Filters
I want my users to have the ability to see ALL conversations, but also normally see ONLY their own. This is doable with the current filter options BUT the filters set are not STICKY. So every time we navigate away from conversation view, we have to re-select the filter. Additional to this would be to allow a setting for Notification and default view on the mobile app (we use iOS) where they can be notified for only the filter they prefer.

Company First (vs Contacts)
Our clients are companies so our conversations need to show the conversations with associated contacts. This "company first" mode is common in CRM platforms where you toggle if your clients are businesses or individuals.
