Company First (vs Contacts)

Our clients are companies so our conversations need to show the conversations with associated contacts. This "company first" mode is common in CRM platforms where you toggle if your clients are businesses or individuals.

Any update?

When will this feature be available? I would like to be able to use gohighlevel like close crm. Also that appointments are displayed in the future as with close crm, regardless of whether they are booked via gohighlevel or not. Simply because the e-mail of a contact who belongs to the company has been invited to an appointment in the linked Outlook calendar. We are considering switching to close completely because this feature is not yet available.

This has been upcoming for over a year...do we have an ETA?

For Business to Business sales organizations, this would be extremely helpful. Typically, they are organizing their CRM based on the companies that they are talking with first and foremost. They want to track the activity by the company, as well.

Any news on this? I have two clients that won't join until we have this. They're currently with Hubspot and want simular company options as they provide.

For sub accounts it should go: Parent Company (Sub Account)-> Location (Sub-Sub Account) -> Employee

Jon Hawker: Could not agree more. Can we get an update on this from developers?

I know I can associate contacts with companies with company objects, but if the phone rings and it's Sue from Acme, I want to click on my client (acme) and see all the conversations with the company, whether it's Sue Bob or George. This history is also critical if someone leaves a company as the history of the account is lost. This also relates to opportunities by Company vs person (separate feature request).
