Prospecting Tool Enhancements
You know, as someone who's deep into the agency world, I can't help but think how much more powerful Go High Level's prospecting tool could be with a few key enhancements. Don't get me wrong, it's already a great tool, but there's room to make it even better. Here's what I'm thinking: Hours of Operation : Let's pull this from both Google Business Profile and Facebook Page details. It's not just about knowing when they're open; it's also about spotting inconsistencies in their listings. Suggested Services : Imagine if the tool could recommend specific services or High Level features based on the prospect's needs. No listings? Suggest they claim their GBP. No ads? Time for some PPC magic. Data Inconsistency : We all know inconsistent data can hurt a business's Google ranking. Why not flag these discrepancies right in the report? Ads Check : Are they running social or local ads? Knowing this can help us tailor our pitch. GBP Photos : A simple check to see if they've uploaded any photos to their GBP can tell us a lot about how engaged they are with their online presence. Website Tech : Tools like Wappalyzer do this well, but having it bundled in Go High Level would be a game-changer. 3 Pack Ranking : Knowing where they stand in the Google 3-Pack can provide valuable insights for local SEO strategies. Additional Reports : Let's take a page out of LeadsGorilla's book and add more comprehensive audit reports like SEO, extended Citation, and Core Web Vitals. API or Workflow Access : This one's for us agencies and SaaS providers. Having the ability to create contacts/companies in sub-accounts directly would save us from the headache of data duplication. Each of these enhancements is like a piece of a puzzle that, when complete, would make Go High Level's prospecting tool not just good, but exceptional.

Customize Prospecting Report
We need to be able to add additional content and have our branding guidelines present on the reports (both PDF and website version). Things like being able to add content sections that will be on all reports (static content like a brief overview of our own company, reviews/testimonials from our own clients to show them, our website or portfolio links/images) and then other information that will change per report (dynamic such as recommended services, custom message, representative contact info, etc...) and even be able to show/hide sections of the report that we are sending (for some clients online listing is not as important because they are strictly e-commerce based). Additionally, as part of the branding, we would want our logo in the header, the ability to change the fonts and colors. One potential solution could be to enable us to build a template with the funnels/site builder and give us dynamic blocks with options to put in giving us more control over the layout and theme of the report. This could start off basic with each section being a block (like Online Health Score, Location Map with text overlay, GBP Claim, Chat Widet on Site, Listings, Review Summary, Online Reputation, etc...) and could then be further expanded to let us take the individual aspects inside those blocks and put them in our own layout (so for example, you could create two columns and put the listings and review summarries on one side and then the GBP Claim Status, Chat Widet on Website, etc... in the other column). The above would solve static content, but for dynamic, we would need a tab where Account, General Info and Social Profile is to just have "Custom Fields". We can create and name the custom fields then save the text/data for that and then that could be pulled into the report when viewed/downloaded. This all sets the basis for further enhancements in the future and utilizes features already in place within GHL.

Prospecting Tool Enhancements
Need Navigating backward after adding a prospect doesn't take us back to the search results page. It's a duplicated effort and annoying to begin a new search every time. Option that asks whether I want to generate a report - as I don't want to exhaust the daily limit on every business that's added. Currently when a business is added the report automatically gets generated without asking whether we'd like to get a report. Folder structure and labels/tags for organising prospects. To be able to move prospects to definite stages in various Pipelines within the Agency sub-account. Pre-tagged by GHL confirming whether a business is already present in the prospect list. Text box for adding a description or notes on the Contact Info page when adding a prospect. The notes option is only displayed after adding the contact and Agency & client logo on the analysis report for personalisation. Report quotes 'WordPress Site' at the top - I'm not selling WordPress sites so can the language be changed to just WEBSITE? The report doesn't verify whether there's a contact form on the website (on any page). Can we add it? Include data from Facebook and other social platforms Can we verify their Facebook page and highlight the opportunity to run ads to get leads? A low number of reviews are displayed as positive - which isn't and we must highlight the opportunity for them to increase reviews by using our software. (See attached, can this be changed?) Include reviews from Facebook Better sentiment analysis instead of carrying over the reviews from Google. Doesn't check if social platforms are linked to both GMB and website. The report needs to suggest that as a must. --- Added more --- The tool doesn't identify websites on Wix or other platforms except WordPress and shows a false conversion likelihood on the search page. Can it be changed? Can we be confident that the issues highlighted in the Page speed reports will be fixed if they sign up for our service? Review summary shows in green and says 'Fantastic' even though a business has only one 4-star review. It doesn't compare with the competition and display scope for improvement - hurts conversion. Can we add some background info to the 'Listings', 'Online Reputation', and 'Online Listings' sections - there's no text explaining what the section is about, what they're losing, and what they can gain when they take action. This is only text addition so shouldn't take long IMO. There is a lot of technical jargon and novice people will find it hard so can we make the language easier to read for non-techy people The Local SEO heatmap font is not consistent with the rest. Add the prospect's business name and logo in the top section for personalisation -> "Marketing Audit Report for XYZ Ltd". Need branded report link - own domain. Need to be able to add a website/funnel offer link to the report. Would like to add book a free discovery call link to the report. Ordering isn't consistent in the exported PDF when compared with the web report and the new page speed reports aren't available in the PDF. Provision to add our own header/footer text, logo, and images. Adds http scheme instead of https into the website field after adding a prospect.

Ability to target prospects either by: --> "Account": taking as parameters some information such as number of followers, domain of influence, etc... --> "Hashtags" selecting per number of persons who published with that Hashtag. --> "Post" Ability to aggregate all prospects contacted using tags Ability to prepare in advance DM/ comments templates to be used to send to them with a call to action link included in the messages. Ability to send DMs to the followers of the targeted accounts Ability to plan the DMs sending (number of DMs to be sent per day with interval time and Break options. Ex. everyday from 8am to 12am send 10 DMs per hour to accounts targeted every 4minute30, Break from 12am to 1:00pm. Then from 2pm until 6pm send 10 DMs per hour to accounts targeted every 4minute30. Message fields should be like: Intros, Bodies, Outros with the possibility to create message variations that could be sent to give the impression that a human did send them. not to be seen as a spammer by Instagram. And each interaction should be saved as conversation in the CRM on the prospects account I think this could really help for business and community growth !!
