Prospecting Tool Enhancements

You know, as someone who's deep into the agency world, I can't help but think how much more powerful Go High Level's prospecting tool could be with a few key enhancements. Don't get me wrong, it's already a great tool, but there's room to make it even better.
Here's what I'm thinking:
- Hours of Operation: Let's pull this from both Google Business Profile and Facebook Page details. It's not just about knowing when they're open; it's also about spotting inconsistencies in their listings.
- Suggested Services: Imagine if the tool could recommend specific services or High Level features based on the prospect's needs. No listings? Suggest they claim their GBP. No ads? Time for some PPC magic.
- Data Inconsistency: We all know inconsistent data can hurt a business's Google ranking. Why not flag these discrepancies right in the report?
- Ads Check: Are they running social or local ads? Knowing this can help us tailor our pitch.
- GBP Photos: A simple check to see if they've uploaded any photos to their GBP can tell us a lot about how engaged they are with their online presence.
- Website Tech: Tools like Wappalyzer do this well, but having it bundled in Go High Level would be a game-changer.
- 3 Pack Ranking: Knowing where they stand in the Google 3-Pack can provide valuable insights for local SEO strategies.
- Additional Reports: Let's take a page out of LeadsGorilla's book and add more comprehensive audit reports like SEO, extended Citation, and Core Web Vitals.
- API or Workflow Access: This one's for us agencies and SaaS providers. Having the ability to create contacts/companies in sub-accounts directly would save us from the headache of data duplication.
Each of these enhancements is like a piece of a puzzle that, when complete, would make Go High Level's prospecting tool not just good, but exceptional.

RevEx Group, Shivam HighLevel, Varun Vairavan,
When a prospect is converted to account, which of the accounts is the contact added to as a customer?
When the account is switched to SaaS, which account gets credit?
Also, how do we manually add that recurring subscription to the affiliate who made the referral?

Map should center on address (or at least city) of the prospect.
Seattle ain't New York!

Edit the branding of PDF report and website widget to match Agency or Account Brand Center.

Also whether they have video on their website is a really simple one, but super useful to sell into video agencies.

Dave Kelly, or to give an easy complement, "You have video on your site. That is good."
Number of blog pages/service pages might be a good metric for whether they are doing content marketing.

It would be great if the Prospecting tool could be available in the Agency's brand sub account, and not just in the top level account.
When I had an intern, I had to use Lead Gorilla, instead of my GHL tool because I wasn't going to give her access to my entire agency.
This way if you made it available in my Agency's sub account, then I could limit access based on the staff/user.

Ann Walts, yes, plus, we don't have agency automations. We need the Prospecting Tool submission to act as a Workflow trigger for an automation at the account level to let us know that we have a new prospect and to initiate the follow up with that prospect.

Not sure if this is mentioned in another thread but being able to brand the PDF would be an amazing addition - currently, the design looks a bit tacky and templated, it'd be great to just be able to choose a colour and adjust the logo for now. Or create a custom front cover.
Also agree with the WP comments. We don't advocate WP for website builds so when prospects see a tick they think they don't need a new website when they definitely do 😅 identifying the platform instead would be a great alternative.

Ramp CRM, yes and yes. Just the color scheme would be an improvement.

A map prospecting tool for B2B small to medium size business sales would be amazing!

Yes! I've been using Goole maps to find businesses for years. Not having to go on there would be amazing. Thanks for the mention.

Yes, and what about those AI web analysis tools, we could use some integration for that to analyse a prospect's website to help with making offers.
