Prospecting Tool Enhancements

You know, as someone who's deep into the agency world, I can't help but think how much more powerful Go High Level's prospecting tool could be with a few key enhancements. Don't get me wrong, it's already a great tool, but there's room to make it even better.
Here's what I'm thinking:
- Hours of Operation: Let's pull this from both Google Business Profile and Facebook Page details. It's not just about knowing when they're open; it's also about spotting inconsistencies in their listings.
- Suggested Services: Imagine if the tool could recommend specific services or High Level features based on the prospect's needs. No listings? Suggest they claim their GBP. No ads? Time for some PPC magic.
- Data Inconsistency: We all know inconsistent data can hurt a business's Google ranking. Why not flag these discrepancies right in the report?
- Ads Check: Are they running social or local ads? Knowing this can help us tailor our pitch.
- GBP Photos: A simple check to see if they've uploaded any photos to their GBP can tell us a lot about how engaged they are with their online presence.
- Website Tech: Tools like Wappalyzer do this well, but having it bundled in Go High Level would be a game-changer.
- 3 Pack Ranking: Knowing where they stand in the Google 3-Pack can provide valuable insights for local SEO strategies.
- Additional Reports: Let's take a page out of LeadsGorilla's book and add more comprehensive audit reports like SEO, extended Citation, and Core Web Vitals.
- API or Workflow Access: This one's for us agencies and SaaS providers. Having the ability to create contacts/companies in sub-accounts directly would save us from the headache of data duplication.
Each of these enhancements is like a piece of a puzzle that, when complete, would make Go High Level's prospecting tool not just good, but exceptional.

Not sure if this is mentioned in another thread but being able to brand the PDF would be an amazing addition - currently, the design looks a bit tacky and templated, it'd be great to just be able to choose a colour and adjust the logo for now. Or create a custom front cover.
Also agree with the WP comments. We don't advocate WP for website builds so when prospects see a tick they think they don't need a new website when they definitely do 😅 identifying the platform instead would be a great alternative.

A map prospecting tool for B2B small to medium size business sales would be amazing!

Yes! I've been using Goole maps to find businesses for years. Not having to go on there would be amazing. Thanks for the mention.

Yes, and what about those AI web analysis tools, we could use some integration for that to analyse a prospect's website to help with making offers.

+1. Didn't notice this was already on the board. Added further more enhancements here.

Excellent ideas Richard. Here are some other specific ideas to make the prospecting tool more robust:
- Favicon Image: Pull in the website's favicon image so it is shown on the list of businesses
- Editable CTAs: Allow us to edit the header and footer CTA as we need to replace the contact info with a message and a link to our funnel. Allow welcome video embed.
- Add Website Widget: Allow us to create a widget or link to a form to be used as a lead magnet. https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/prospecting-tool/p/prospecting-tool-website
- Agnostic website platform: Saying their website is bad only bc it doesn't run on WP is bad. This should focus more on web vitals and be platform agnostic.
- Editable sections: Allow us to edit the section CTAs to include text and video. Better yet, allow AI to change the CTA based on their specific results.

Robert Diaz: these are great additions. Love #4. I’ve seen some top performing sites built in many platforms other than WordPress.

in its current form, it's a horrible, unusable tool. it makes no sense that you need to start the search over each and every time you click on a result. The address field truncates when you look at the details.. these are 2 SIMPLE problems to fix, that they've know about for months ... but nothing has been done.

Hank Jensen: yes I’ve noticed this more and more lately where address details don’t come over.
I hate the fact that it resets as well when you go back to the map view.

Keith3 Besherse: thanks just gave that an upvote today.
Also noticed an issue when you enter a company name, and if it was manually added shows GBP as unclaimed or nonexistent even though it was.
Needs a better check vs “restaurants near me” especially when entering a business name.
