Dear HighLevel Team, We’d like to suggest a feature enhancement that would make HighLevel an even more valuable CRM for the construction industry. In construction, we often work with clients and contractors who have multiple ongoing projects. Currently, there’s a need to better manage these projects within the CRM so that each opportunity can operate independently as a “job” or “project” but still be linked to the primary contact as a parent. Here's the proposed functionality: Opportunities as Independent Projects: Each opportunity should have its own unique attributes, such as an individual address, specific documents, financials, and activities. This would allow us to treat each opportunity as a standalone project. Child-Parent Structure: Opportunities should be able to link back to a parent contact. This would enable us to view all projects related to a client or contractor under a single profile, keeping everything organized and easy to manage. Project-Specific Address & Documentation: Construction projects each have unique locations and require separate documentation. Having project-specific fields for addresses and documents would ensure that each opportunity remains distinct and streamlined. Financials by Project: Managing finances at the project level is critical, as each job has its own budget, payments, and invoicing. Enabling opportunities to handle separate financial data would make HighLevel more versatile for project-based billing. Activities Log for Each Project: Tracking activities (meetings, calls, updates) on a project level is essential to maintain oversight and ensure accurate reporting for each unique job. This feature would significantly enhance our workflow, allowing us to track and manage multiple projects for each client or contractor with greater precision. We’re confident that this addition would make HighLevel a powerful tool for construction companies and similar industries. Thank you for considering this feature request.
