Hands-free Voice Mode for Ask AI in the LeadConnector app: build anything in HighLevel by talking
I'd like Ask AI on mobile to work like a real-time voice assistant, similar to Grok's or ChatGPT's voice modes. I should be able to open the LeadConnector app, start talking, and build or change anything in my account through a continuous spoken conversation, with no typing and no tapping through screens. Think "vibe coding" for HighLevel: I describe what I want out loud, Ask AI builds it, I react ("make the second email shorter," "add a 2-day wait"), and it adjusts live. What exists today Ask AI is on mobile and accepts voice through the mic button, and it can already handle contacts, calendars, funnels, Conversation AI and Voice AI agents, and more. But voice is push-to-talk dictation, and several core builders aren't connected. That means the most valuable work still requires sitting at a desktop. What I'm requesting Continuous voice mode: A hands-free, two-way spoken conversation. Ask AI talks back, I can interrupt, and it asks clarifying questions out loud. Full build parity: Let Ask AI create and edit Workflows (triggers, actions, waits, if/else), Campaigns, Websites (Sites builder), IVR and call routing, and chat widgets. Today these are read-only or not connected. Spoken confirmations: Keep the safety confirmations, but let me approve by voice ("yes, publish it") with a read-back summary. Keep the tap for destructive or bulk actions if needed. Live preview while building: Show the workflow, funnel or page taking shape on screen as I talk, so I can glance and redirect. Multi-step builds from one description: For example, "Set up a new dental client: sub-account, missed-call text-back, a 5-review request sequence, a booking calendar, and a landing page." Ask AI plans it, shows the task tracker, and builds it all. Snapshot and account awareness: Let it work from my existing snapshots and templates and my brand voice, so builds match how my agency already works. Example use case I run a GoHighLevel agency serving dental and med spa clients. I'm often in the field meeting owners, not at a desk. After a meeting I want to pull out my phone and say: "Build [client] a new-patient special funnel, a workflow that texts leads within one minute, and a 3-touch follow-up if they don't book." Then I'd refine it by voice and have it ready before I'm back in the car. Today that's an hour-plus at a computer.

Improved Class Calendar & Attendance View in the Mobile App
We use the mobile app to manage attendance for our group fitness classes, and there are three issues with the current calendar/appointment view that make managing larger classes difficult and are causing issues with attendance being recorded incorrectly. Show the appointment title instead of the class attendee list When viewing a scheduled class in the mobile app, the attendee list currently only displays the customer's name. We use the appointment title to identify important information about the customer's booking — for example, we will edit the booking to add information next to their name ie: Paid/Member/Class Pass/To Pay However, when viewing the class attendee list, this information is not displayed. To check this information, we have to open each individual customer's profile to check their status. This becomes particularly difficult to do and time consuming when we have a queue of people arriving at the door. Clearly show when an attendee has been marked as "Showed" When a customer arrives, staff mark them as Showed. However, once this is done, there is currently no obvious visual change in the attendee list/calendar view to indicate that the person has been checked in. This is particularly problematic when multiple staff members are checking people in at the same time. For example, if there are 30-50 people booked into a class and two staff members are checking in, there is no easy way to see: Who has already arrived Who we are waiting for Who another staff member has already checked in Who may have been accidentally missed Staff therefore risk checking the same person twice or overlooking someone who has not yet arrived. This is particularly important for us as changing the attendance status triggers an automation/workflow, so it is important that the correct status is recorded for every attendee. Having a clear visual indicator ie: change of colour, text, an icon, or being separated from the main list, would make the check-in process much more reliable and reduce the risk of incorrect workflow triggers. Allow appointments to be edited or rescheduled directly from the customer's profile Currently, appointments can only be edited or rescheduled from the calendar. If a client messages us directly to say they need to change their class, we may already be viewing their customer profile/conversation. However, we then have to leave that profile, navigate to the calendar, find the relevant appointment, and make the change from there. This creates an unnecessary number of steps, particularly when we are communicating directly with the client from their account at the same time. All three of these issues relate to the same underlying problem: the mobile app currently requires too much navigation between the calendar and individual customer profiles to manage a class effectively. For a group fitness business managing classes of 30–50+ attendees, staff need to be able to quickly see: Who is booked → what type of booking they have → whether they have arrived → and make changes to their booking when needed. Improving these areas would make the mobile app significantly more practical for real-time class management, reduce unnecessary navigation, improve check-in accuracy and reduce the risk of incorrect attendance-triggered automations.

Select Outbound Number From Contact + Set Contact-Level Default Number
Teams using multiple phone numbers in the LeadConnector mobile app need a faster and more flexible way to control which number is used for outbound calls. Current Issue Right now, if a user needs to call a contact from a different business number, they have to leave the contact or conversation, go into the mobile dialer, switch the outbound number, and then place the call. For businesses managing multiple locations, departments, brands, or phone numbers, this creates unnecessary steps and makes it easier to accidentally call or text from the wrong number. There is also a second issue. The default outbound number is force inherited from the assigned user’s settings, which does not always match how the business wants communication with that specific contact handled. Requested Improvement Add two related options to the LeadConnector mobile app: Quick outbound number selection from the contact conversation view Allow users to long-press the phone/call icon from a contact or conversation to choose which available business number they want to call from. A normal tap could continue using the default number, so the existing workflow would remain unchanged. Allow a default outbound number to be set per contact Give businesses the option to assign a preferred outbound number to an individual contact. For example, a company may have several phone numbers, but want all future communication with a specific customer to consistently come from one centralized number. That contact-level setting should be adjustable rather than always being forced by the assigned user’s default number. Ideal Experience A user opens a contact and: * Taps the call button to call from the contact’s default outbound number. * Long-presses the call button when they want to temporarily choose another available number. * Can update the contact’s preferred outbound number when needed. Why This Should Be Added HighLevel already supports businesses managing multiple phone numbers, but the mobile calling experience becomes cumbersome as more numbers are added. This improvement would: * Reduce unnecessary navigation inside the mobile app. * Reduce calls being made from the wrong business number. * Give businesses more control over how conversations are centralized. * Better support companies with multiple locations, departments, brands, or sales teams. * Remove the need for workarounds currently required to maintain a consistent outbound number for specific contacts. This would be a meaningful usability improvement for any HighLevel account managing more than one phone number, while preserving the existing one-tap calling experience for users who do not need it.
