Mobile App

Element-level visibility controls
I run an agency serving bathroom renovation contractors in Hungary. I have read through the existing mobile app feedback on this board and could not find a request covering what I am describing here, so I am opening a new one. Context: My end clients are tradespeople. They are not office workers and most of them have never used a CRM. They need exactly three things from the app: A notification when a new lead comes in 2 The lead's phone number and their form answers The ability to move a lead to other stage That is the entire list. Everything else is noise, and noise is not neutral. It makes the tool feel complicated, and the moment a contractor feels that, they stop opening the app and go back to a notebook. Once that happens they stop seeing value in the sub-account they are paying for, and they churn. The self-service customizer was a real improvement and the module toggles at navigation level solve part of this. But customization stops at the top level, and everything below it is fixed. Below are three specific places where it needs to go deeper. Bottom navigation: allow hiding the Apps button The Apps button cannot be removed from the bottom navigation. For an agency delivering a single narrow workflow, this is a permanent entry point into functionality the client will never use. Please make it toggleable like the other modules. Opportunities: a simplified interaction mode In the Opportunities view, a contact card has a stage-switch arrow in its bottom right corner. For my use case that arrow is the only interaction a contractor ever needs. Move the lead forward, nothing else. I would like an agency-level setting that reduces the card to exactly that: the stage-switch arrow works, and no other opportunity editing is available. No changing opportunity value, name, status, or owner. When that mode is enabled, tapping the card should open Contact Details instead of the Edit Opportunity screen. This matters because when a contractor taps a lead's name, what they want is the phone number and the form answers, not an opportunity edit form. Right now the tap lands them somewhere they have no reason to be. Contact Details: element-level visibility control This is the most important one. The contact record currently shows Tasks, Appointments, Opportunities, Notes, Documents and a row of quick action buttons, and none of it can be hidden. A contractor who needs a phone number and four form answers has to scroll past sections that will never contain anything, because my workflows do not use them. I want to be able to specify exactly what appears on Contact Details: Which standard fields are visible Which custom fields are visible, and in what order Which action icons are visible (in my case only Schedule Appointment) Everything else hidden Default everything to visible, then let agencies turn things off. An agency that wants the full contact record keeps it. An agency serving a narrow vertical strips it down to a name, a phone number, five custom fields and one button. The general principle: What I am asking for across all three points is the same thing: a Customize control available at every level of the app, not only the main navigation, that lets an agency toggle the visibility of individual elements rather than whole modules. Why this matters commercially: I want to buy the white-label app. At the current monthly price I cannot justify it, because even fully branded it would still hand a contractor a screen full of buttons he has no reason to touch. Branding is not the problem I am trying to solve. Reducing the app to what the client actually needs is. Every agency serving trades, construction, home services and similar verticals faces this. These are exactly the clients who abandon a tool fastest when it feels complicated, and every abandoned client is a lost sub-account. Give agencies element-level control and the white-label app stops being a branding upgrade and becomes something agencies cannot operate without.

🚨 Critical Mobile Tasks Issue: Tasks created in the Mobile App do NOT appear in the global Tasks Dashboard (Desktop) — making field sales task management useless
Hi HighLevel team & community, I’m posting this because we hit a major workflow-breaking limitation in the GoHighLevel mobile app, and it’s impacting real field sales operations. ✅ What’s happening (reproducible issue) When a user (sales rep) creates a Task inside a Contact record from the Mobile App, the task is successfully created and visible: ✅ It appears under the Contact record → Tasks tab ✅ It is assigned properly (e.g., to user “XYZ”) ✅ It has status Open/Pending ✅ It’s created inside the correct Location However: ❌ The task does NOT appear in the global Tasks list / Tasks Dashboard on Desktop Even when filtering by: Location Assigned user Status = All So the task exists at the contact level, but is not indexed/synced into the global Tasks system used for daily management. Support response Customer Support informed us that: “Tasks created from mobile app will not show up in the dashboard as the mobile app doesn't have the feature to show up custom dashboard.” Why this is a BIG problem This is not just a small limitation — it breaks the product use case for field sales. For salespeople who are out in the street: They create tasks after a visit or call They need those tasks to appear in their daily task list They need to work from the Task list, not manually open each contact to check tasks one by one If mobile-created tasks never appear in the task dashboard/global list: ✅ tasks exist ❌ but reps can’t operationally use them In practice, this makes task management from mobile useless for outside sales teams. Expected behavior A Task created in the mobile app should behave exactly like a normal task: appear in the global Tasks list (desktop) appear in “My Tasks” views be filterable and trackable be visible for field reps as their daily work queue Business impact We’re implementing HighLevel for businesses with: outside sales reps store visits route-based sales teams B2B reps in the field Right now, reps can create tasks — but they can’t manage them, which creates: missed follow-ups broken accountability teams abandoning tasks entirely clients saying “this doesn’t work” Request to HighLevel (feature/bug fix) Please address this as a high priority product fix: ✅ Ensure tasks created in mobile are fully synced/indexed into the global Tasks system ✅ Make mobile-created tasks appear in desktop task dashboard/task list ✅ If needed, add a backend process to “convert” mobile contact-tasks into standard user tasks Workaround? If anyone has a solid workaround (automation/workflow/API hook) that correctly indexes mobile tasks into global tasks, please share. But realistically, this needs to be solved at platform level — tasks created on mobile must be first-class tasks. Thanks — hoping this gets escalated because it’s blocking real-world sales execution.
