Mobile App

Objects are an absolute game changer for businesess but it would be so good if it could be integrated in to the mobile app. Let's say I had a list of vehicles for my business and I needed to change the registration for one, I would be much more convenient if I could change it via the app. Love your work GHL legends 💪

I think it would be really useful to allow customer menu links to appear in the mobile app.

I change hubspot to Go high level, im quite happy with the decision but im missing some features from Hubspot, such as: A task dashboard where me and my sales team can see all the tasks created so we can check the "to do's" A way to register a call even if i don't use twilio or any integration In the opportunities pipeline, when i create an appointment; to be able to add fields/customize to the status dropdown In the opportunities pipeline, when i create an appointment; to be able to look the calendar fo my team, more UX friendly than getting the slots dropdown (in my opinion) (and the calendars connection doesn't refresh automatically, this got me problems)

Mobile App should have same features as Desktop App with all the features and Functionality. Having not these features and Functionality discourage and leaving the customers who use the Mobile App most.

My clients are mobile and they want to use the mobile app to be able to review their job which is determined by their estimate. Current process takes 3-5 minutes, where a simple "estimate preview" option in the appointment and opp card would make everything work smoother. . Goal : User opens mobile app, goes to their job today in the calendar. They want to be able to see the job notes and estimate right there in the calendar but they can't. At the end of their job , they want to be able to also go to the appointment, click on the estimate and click "convert to invoice" so they can invoice on the spot. -have the opp card, the estimate and the appointment all linked together so they all show connected Current clunky flow they go to the calendar, look at the job notes -go back to the main area of the app, click on the estimate tab -look for the customer. Hope there is only one estimate for that customer (if not, they have to do a bunch of digging to find out which estimate is for this appt) because there is no way to connect an estimate to an appointment -click on the estimate, click back out because they don't want to edit the estimate, they want to preview it, hold/click the estimate, then they can preview it. -they get the details and then need to navigate back to the appointment for any other details -this takes 3-5 extra minutes just to get the details of their current appointment Other problems in the client record, you can look for the estimate, it will tell you there is one, it's status and total but you CAN NOT OPEN the estimate. You have to go back out, go to estimates, search for the customer and then open the estimate which can be easily fixed by making the estimate clickable -same problem in the opp card, you can see the estimate and invoice in the opp card but NO details and you can't open/click / review the estimate -when looking at the estimate in the estimate section, if you click on the estimate it sends you to the editor. It should show you the current estimate and then make you click to edit or change, but right now you have to hold down/click to be able to review the estimate

When using the desktop app viewing the idea panel, needs a home button to bring us back to the GHL dashboard. Currently you need to click 'back' several times.

The HighLevel mobile app has improved a lot lately, and I appreciate the team's effort. But the Home screen still feels like it was designed with a sales agency in mind, not for clinics and service-based businesses running on appointments and therapists. The current dashboard leads with pipeline and sequence value. I use Opportunities, so I get why it's there. But for a clinic owner, that should not be the first thing you see when you open the app in the morning. It creates a distorted picture of the day. Also, a small but real issue for European users: numbers display as "4.3k" or "10.3 mil" instead of the full figure (4.300 or 10.300). That formatting makes no sense here and feels off. What a clinic actually needs to see first, every morning: Appointments today (per therapist, per service) No-shows or cancellations in the last 24h Unconfirmed upcoming appointments New patients this week Revenue from completed sessions The fix doesn't have to be radical. Let users reorder or pin the widgets that matter most to their business model. If someone runs a clinic on Services V2, let them put appointments front and center. If someone runs an agency, let them keep the pipeline view. Customizable Home screen widgets would solve this for everyone. Would love to hear if others running appointment-based businesses feel the same.

It's very difficult to compete in the service industry with 1000's of solopreneurs who use their phones as their primary POS NOT a desktop. Mobile app is the way most service provider book appointments. Currently you can book the appointment however you can not edit OR reschedule the service appointment in the app. Its extremely frustrating and I can not onbaord solopreneurs without this feature. Please Please fix it. From a user perspective this is an absolute must to control your appointments from your phone.

I can't add course offers or community to a contact in the mobile app. Can we have that option soon for better managing and reaction to clients' needs on the go?
