Mobile App – Improvements Needed for Usability (Icons Size, Logo Placement, Menu Reordering, Multi-Account Login Fix)
We would like to request several important improvements for the HighLevel Mobile App, based on real user experience and feedback. These changes would significantly enhance usability, clarity, and overall app quality for all agencies. Increase Side Menu Icon Size Currently, the icons in the side menu are very small, making them difficult to see and tap, especially for older users or those with accessibility needs. Request: Add an option in the App Settings to increase icon size, or provide larger default sizing. Allow Custom Logo Inside the App Agencies need stronger branding inside their mobile app, not just on the login screen. Request: Add a configurable section to upload a logo or small branding element inside the app UI. Fix for Multi-Account Login (Email with Multiple Accounts) When users have the same email associated with more than one account, the app currently shows an error instead of allowing them to choose which account to access. Request: Implement proper multi-account selection, just like the desktop version. Restore Ability to Reorder Menu Icons Previously, menu icons could be reordered. This is no longer possible, which limits the ability to control navigation logic. Request: Restore or add the ability to reorder icons/buttons in the mobile app menu. Why This Matters These improvements would dramatically upgrade the overall UX of the app, and most of them benefit all agencies, not just a specific use case. Better usability = better client experience = stronger adoption of HighLevel’s mobile environment.
