Hello, a dark mode for the desktop webapp would be great!!

We’re seeing a lot of new features being released — especially around AI — which is great. But one fundamental piece is still missing: 👉 the ability to build fully customizable dashboards inside sub-accounts. Today, any serious business needs to: • track KPIs in real time, • build custom metrics, • make data-driven decisions. 👉 Right now, we can’t: • create custom calculations (e.g., conversion rate based on tags), • combine data sources (e.g., leads vs ad spend), • build dashboards tailored to our business model. 🎯 Example: Being able to calculate: ➡️ (Contacts with “client” tag) ÷ (ad spend) ➡️ or closing rate based on custom statuses 👉 Instead, we’re forced to: • export data, • use Google Sheets, • rebuild everything externally. 🤯 That’s the issue: We have a powerful all-in-one platform… Yet we still rely on external spreadsheets to run our business. 👉 What we need: • a true customizable dashboard builder, • support for dynamic formulas / calculations, • KPI tracking based on tags, pipelines, campaigns, etc. 🎯 This is a core feature for scaling a business — not a “nice-to-have”. 👉 Honestly, it’s hard to understand why this still isn’t available, when every serious entrepreneur needs it daily. 👉 So… when will we finally be able to run our business directly from the platform, without relying on Google Sheets?

The agency dashboard shows MRR and current number of customers. However, the legend for number of customers should be whole numbers, not fractions of a person. Forcing the legend to use whole numbers makes the chart easier to read and aligns with the facts that people come don't come in 1/2s.

Why can't we scroll horizontally on widgets on the dashboard? Fix this. Easy Fix

It would be really beneficial to be able to include a dashboard option almost as if it were a redirect link. If there could be a tab on the dashboard where we can add a link to quickbooks or an excel file it would make things for businesses a ton easier and more accessible. A lot of companies can't implement all of their data from quickbooks and excel into GHL. Implementing this idea could be very resourseful for sales representitives as well as owners.

At the moment custom fields are not supported in embeds. It appears that users want to be able to use custom fields through the entire platform and obviously that's not built in. Embed elements in the dashboard are somewhat useless without custom fields in my opinion because you need a way to connect outside data to internal objects.

It would be very helpful to have a visual indicator in pipelines showing how long a lead has been sitting in a stage. Currently the only way to see this is the small text showing when the opportunity was added, which can be easy to miss. Instead, it would be great if cards in the pipeline could automatically change color based on how long they’ve been in that stage, such as green for new leads, yellow after some time, orange as they age further, and red when they’ve been sitting too long. This would make it much easier for teams to quickly identify leads that need attention and prevent inquiries from sitting too long without follow-up.

GHL Dashboards currently lack the ability to create custom KPIs based on specific contact segment logic. We need a "Custom Metric" builder to stop relying on manual spreadsheet exports for simple reporting. The Solution: Add a formula builder in the Reporting module that allows us to calculate percentages based on contact counts using Tags, Smart Lists, or AND/OR logic. Example Use Case: I need to track engagement ratios directly on the dashboard using a formula like this: (Count of Contacts with Tag: 'active-contacts' * 100) / (Count of Contacts with Tags: 'Tag A' OR 'Tag B' AND 'Tag C') Why this is needed: Save Time: Stop exporting data to Excel just to run basic calculations. Real-Time Insights: See actual conversion and engagement rates live on the dashboard. Better Agency Reporting: Provide clients with sophisticated, customized performance metrics without third-party BI tools. Add a feature that we can track when the booking is made for each service name we can update the value (price) and can shows on dashboard how much the clients did in that day , week , monthly ....as exemplo on screeshot. also a payment integration in indonesia

Smartlists (Advanced Filters) lets us build tag logic like: • Tag is “Registration” AND • Tag is not “Attendee” But in Dashboard widgets (Edit Widget → Conditions), the Tags filter is limited and does not allow the same nested filter builder. What we need Please add the same Advanced Filters / Nested Filters experience from Smartlists into Dashboard widget filtering, including: • Add nested filter inside Widget Conditions • Support Tag is + Tag is not in the same widget • Ability to add multiple tag rules • Grouping logic so we can build accurate cohorts for reporting Example use case Widget should allow: • Tags is “New Year Free Class Registration [date]” AND • Tags is not “New Year Free Class Attendee [date]” This is required for reporting on “Registered but did not attend” without creating extra tags or separate lists just to make dashboards work. Why this matters Dashboards should be the source of truth. Without nested filters: • Widgets show the wrong group of contacts • We are forced to create extra tags or Smartlists just for reports • Reporting becomes slower and inconsistent across the team • Easy to make mistakes and miss follow ups Outcome • Widget Conditions includes Add nested filter (same as Smartlists) • Tag filters support is and is not together in one widget • Supports multiple conditions and grouped logic • Results update live, just like Smartlists
